Patent number: 11910570Abstract: A heat sink structure that is used for audio equipment includes a base and a plurality of heat dissipation fins. The heat dissipation fins extend from a predetermined surface of the base in a first direction orthogonal to the predetermined surface. The heat dissipation fins are arranged side by side in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. In a cross-section in a plane parallel to the first and second directions, (i) each of the heat dissipation fins has a first side surface and a second side surface, the first and second surfaces facing oppositely from each other in the second direction, and (ii) inclinations, relative to the predetermined surface, of the first and second side surfaces of adjacent ones of the heat dissipation fins are different from each other.Type: GrantFiled: November 17, 2021Date of Patent: February 20, 2024Assignee: DENSO TEN LimitedInventor: Noboru Hidaka

Patent number: 11516578Abstract: A plate member of an acoustic equipment includes a flat plate that constitutes at least a part of the plate member that is used in the acoustic equipment. The flat plate includes a first drawn portion and a second drawn portion. The first drawn portion is recessed in a thickness direction of the flat plate with respect to a predetermined plane orthogonal to the thickness direction of the flat plate and has a rectangular outline when viewed in the thickness direction of the flat plate. The first drawn portion and the second drawn portion are arranged adjacent to each other so as to provide a predetermined gap therebetween. When a standing wave is formed on the flat plate, the first drawn portion and the second drawn portion are arranged so that the gap is located in a position of an antinode of the standing wave.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 2021Date of Patent: November 29, 2022Assignee: DENSO TEN LimitedInventors: Noboru Hidaka, Kayo Takamatsu

Patent number: 8090138Abstract: A vehicle audio device includes a vibrator (30), a first threaded member (20), a second threaded member (32), and a ring-shaped resilient member (25). The first threaded member (20) includes a tubular portion (22), an external thread (22m) formed on an outer surface of the tubular portion (22), and a flange (24) formed on one end of the tubular portion (22). The resilient member (25) is fitted around the tubular portion (22) of the first threaded member (20) so as to axially oppose the flange (24) of the first threaded member (20). The second threaded member (32) includes a ring-shaped portion (32f) axially opposing the resilient member (25) from the side of the resilient member (25) not opposing the flange (24) of the first threaded member (20). Internal threads (32w) are formed on an inner surface of the ring-shaped portion (32f) and are engageable with the external threads (22m) of the first threaded member (20). The vibrator (30) is mounted to one of the first and second threaded members (20, 32).Type: GrantFiled: April 14, 2005Date of Patent: January 3, 2012Assignees: Toyota Boshoku Kabushiki Kaisha, Fujitsu Ten LimitedInventors: Kouichi Toyama, Kiyoshi Ootani, Akira Nishikawa, Noboru Hidaka, Yuichi Nakajima

Patent number: 7907742Abstract: An exciter for directly vibrating a board treated for dustproofing and heat dissipation, provided with a vibrator comprised of an outer yoke, a permanent magnet, and inner yoke, having a coil fixed inserted between the outer yoke and inner yoke, and having a coupler member for coupling the exciter to the surface of the board. The coupler member and vibrator are connected by an elastic member. A closed space is formed in the exciter by providing a sealing member between the outer yoke and coupler member. A through hole is formed in the outer yoke. Due to the vibration of the vibrator at the time of coil excitation, air convection is caused through the through hole between the closed space and the outside space.Type: GrantFiled: October 29, 2004Date of Patent: March 15, 2011Assignee: Fujitsu Ten LimitedInventors: Yuichi Nakajima, Kiyoshi Ootani, Akira Nishikawa, Noboru Hidaka

Publication number: 20050069148Abstract: The present invention relates to an audio apparatus that enables all listeners at seats within a vehicle compartment to obtain the same effect of sound spread feeling and sound image rise feeling. A front speaker FSP and a headlining speaker HSP are disposed separately in up and down directions relative to the listeners within the vehicle compartment. The apparatus delays the output time of sound from a speaker that is located at a shorter distance to the listeners than distances from other speakers to these listeners. When the listeners listen to sounds from the speakers FSP and HSP, the delay time is set based on a largest difference between the arrival time of the sound from the speaker FSP to each listener and the arrival time of the sound from the speaker HSP to the same listener, among all arrival-time differences. When the delay time is set longer, the listeners can secure a sound image forward-location feeling.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 27, 2004Publication date: March 31, 2005Inventors: Akira Nishikawa, Noboru Hidaka
