  • Publication number: 20240072203
Abstract: A method for fabricating light emitting diode (LED) dice includes the steps of: providing a substrate, and forming a plurality of die sized semiconductor structures on the substrate. The method also includes the steps of providing a receiving plate having an elastomeric polymer layer, placing the substrate and the receiving plate in physical contact with an adhesive force applied by the elastomeric polymer layer, and performing a laser lift-off (LLO) process by directing a uniform laser beam through the substrate to the semiconductor layer at an interface with the substrate to lift off the semiconductor structures onto the elastomeric polymer layer. During the laser lift-off (LLO) process the elastomeric polymer layer functions as a shock absorber to reduce momentum transfer, and as an adhesive surface to hold the semiconductor structures in place on the receiving plate.

  • Patent number: 4635890
Abstract: A seat is mounted on right and left slide rails slidable on right and left guide rails so that the position of the seat is adjustable back and forth. Right and left lock mechanisms are mounted on the right and left slide rails, respectively, for locking a relative movement between a right or left pair of the slide and guide rails. A handle bar is connected with the left lock mechanism, for example, and extends forwardly so that the left lock mechanism is unlocked with the handle bar. The motion of the handle bar for unlocking the left lock mechanism is transmitted through a release wire and link mechanism to the right lock mechanism to unlock the right lock mechanism together. The release wire extends from the handle bar adjacent the left slide rail to the right slide rail near the front of the seat. The link means extends backwardly along the right slide rail from the end of the release wire to the right lock mechanism.

  • Patent number: 4472991
Abstract: Key switches of a keyboard circuit are scanned by a counter which starts at a lower or upper limit value that is preset in the counter by a signal which also reverses the counting direction data from the counter, is provided to a first circuit having preset therein the number of preferential low-pitched or high-pitched tones to be produced and a second circuit having preset therein a maximal number of tones to be produced. In the case where the number of preferential low-pitched tones is preset in the first circuit, and when the number of tones based on the data from the counter reaches the preset number, the direction of counting of the counter is reversed by the signal to cause the counter count down starting with the preset upper limit value. In the case where the number of preferential high-pitched tone productions is preset in the first circuit, and when reaching the preset number, the direction of counting of the counter is inverted to cause it to count up from the preset lower limit value.

  • Patent number: 4373415
Abstract: An electronic musical instrument in which a single manual keyboard is provided with two voicing blocks which has a certain keyboard space interval therebetween and at least one of which generates a multiple tone corresponding to keys being depressed. There is provided a circuit for providing a certain time interval from a time-divided signal produced by the key depression. This circuit distinguishes between tones from the two voicing blocks, to thereby separate them from each other. There is also a circuit for generating a monophonic or polyphonic tone signal from each of the separated time-divided signals.
