Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes a plurality of transistors arranged in a first direction, and arranged in a second direction and a first wiring layer disposed between a semiconductor substrate and a plurality of voltage supply wirings. Each of the plurality of transistors includes a source region and a drain region. The first wiring layer includes a plurality of first connecting portions disposed at positions overlapping with the plurality of source regions when viewed in a third direction and electrically connected to the plurality of source regions and the plurality of voltage supply wirings, a plurality of second connecting portions disposed at positions overlapping with the plurality of source regions when viewed in the third direction and electrically connected to a plurality of the drain regions and a plurality of conductive layers, and a passing wiring region disposed between a pair of the second connecting portions.

Abstract: A commodity registration device in a POS system including a self-service payment device for payment processing, includes a scanner configured to read commodity information from a code attached to a commodity, a tag reader configured to read tag information from a wireless tag attached to a container for storing commodities, a communication interface configured to communicate with the payment device or a server that can communicate with the payment device, and a processor configured to control the reader to read tag information from a wireless tag attached to a container, upon receipt of commodity information by the scanner, store the commodity information in association with the tag information, and control the communication interface to transmit, to the payment device or the server, the commodity information and the tag information so that the payment device can associate the second commodity information with the first or second tag information.

Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, a payment terminal includes a display, a memory device, and a controller. Upon payment for a commodity to be purchased by a customer, information associated with one or more types of payment applications and code symbols are read from the memory device, and the display is caused to display the read information associated with the payment applications and the read code symbols such that the customer is capable of recognizing the read information associated with the payment applications and the read code symbols.

Abstract: A commodity sales data processor which acquires commodity information corresponding to a commodity code entered through a commodity code input part from a commodity data file and calculates an amount of payment based on a unit price included in the commodity information. It generates receipt data as receipt information including the acquired commodity information and the calculated amount of payment and sends the receipt data through a communication part to a web server. It receives, from the web server, the URL of a web page in which the receipt data sent through the communication part is described in a form displayable with a mobile phone's browser function, and generates a code symbol as a description of the received URL and shows it on a customer display unit.
