Abstract: An IC card transaction system, electronic wallet transaction equipment and an IC card introduce a service function to electronic wallet transaction. Electronic wallet transaction equipment (1) includes a function (5) for issuing a service ticket to an IC card (2), as well as a function (5) for extracting and collecting the service ticket being an object of the service provision from the IC card (2). The issued service ticket is transferable between IC card (2) and equipment (1), enabling to provide a service having circulation capability to the electronic wallet transaction.

Abstract: A transaction method, transaction system, and management equipment and an IC card is for automating backend processing of transaction data related to a transaction. A detachable IC card (3) is provided in transaction equipment (1). Transaction data related to collected service tickets, etc. are stored in the IC card (3). Management equipment (9) having a card reader/writer reads out service tickets from the IC card (3), and classify and total. As the automatic classification and totaling of service tickets stored in the IC card (3) being performed by the management equipment (9), it enables to automate backend processing. Also, collection of service tickets by means of IC card (3), requesting management equipment to total, enables to save manual processing for service ticket, and to prevent illegalities.

Abstract: In a case of a transaction with high security using a transfer device, a deposited amount is transferred from a first purse (first purse area) of an IC card to a second purse (second purse area) through personal authorization by using a code number, and in a case of a transaction with low security through a device in the user's side, personal authorization is not required, and an amount of money for payment is executed with the second purse of the IC card.

Abstract: A DES decrypting unit decrypts video data frames encrypted and compressed based on MPEG standards, when receiving them. The decrypted video data frames are expanded one by one in a MPEG expansion circuit. Each time the single frame is expanded, the MPEG expansion circuit outputs a completion-of-frame-expansion signal to a host control CPU. The host control CPU counts the completion-of-frame-expansion signals and reduces an accounting count value in an accounting data memory in accordance with this count value. The host control CPU outputs character pattern image data from a pattern generator and prohibits the decryption by the DES decrypting unit when the accounting count value becomes 0. The character pattern image data is superimposed on a video signal in an adder circuit.
