The information processing device includes a vehicle detection unit that detects a first vehicle and a vehicle control unit that requests a remote operation right that is a right to remotely operate the first vehicle and remotely operates the first vehicle in response to an instruction to move a second vehicle in a case where the remote operation right is granted. The present technology is applied to, for example, a vehicle that performs automatic driving or a control device of a parking lot.
