  • Patent number: 5733493
Abstract: A rubber-like molded product with a support frame includes a support frame having a predetermined shape; a connecting member constituted by a thin film or connecting ribs and engaged with the support frame separably therefrom; and a rubber-like molded product formed integrally in a region of the connecting member in such a manner as to be capable of being cut off from the connecting member. In this rubber-like molded product with a support frame, the support frame, the connecting member, and the rubber-like molded product are formed integrally by press molding or injection molding. Only the rubber-like molded product is cut off from the support frame and the connecting member of the integrated rubber-like molded product with a support frame by means of a pushing jig, and is fitted in a groove formed in a predetermined portion of a fitted member.

  • Patent number: 5356281
Abstract: A screw-type resin injection apparatus for injection molding which includes a cylinder element having a cylinder chamber for receiving resin therein, and having, at an end portion, a nozzle for injecting the resin. A screw element is arranged within the cylinder chamber in a manner allowing rotation and axial movement. A rotary drive shaft is connected to the screw element telescopically so as to be capable of transmitting a torque. The rotary drive shaft is rotatively driven by a motor. A fluid pressure cylinder unit is arranged laterally of the cylinder element in parallel relation thereto. The fluid pressure cylinder unit is rotatably engaged with the screw element to drive the screw axially. Preferably, the screw element is provided with a mixing screw portion which has a screw groove small in pitch and large in lead angle and an axial groove extending axially.

  • Patent number: 5126171
Abstract: A method of forming a sealant comprising steps of introducing liquids A and B, which are respectively prepared with specified organopolysiloxanes into a mixing chamber having a special rotor secured on the inside thereof, mixing the liquids A and B in the mixing chamber by rotating the special rotor, discharging the obtained mixture on the sealing surface of an article, such as an oil pan of car, and curing it to form the sealant. The liquids A and B may be cured rapidly and finely to a deep level by mixing them in about equal amounts, and thus they are easily and homogeneously mixed, discharged on the sealing surface, and cured to form the sealant with said mixing chamber, and accordingly, the method is excellent in workability and is applied to on-line systems.
