  • Patent number: 9599211
Abstract: In a transmission, an inner end portion in a radial direction of a washer abuts on an inner race of a first bearing, and a seal surface provided on an outer end in the radial direction of the washer abuts on an outer race of a second bearing. Therefore, load in an axial direction which acts on a second gear can be supported with a second rotary shaft via the outer race of the second bearing, the washer and the inner race of the first bearing. Additionally, on a side surface at the second bearing side, of the washer, a lubricating oil guide surface is formed, that guides lubricating oil which is supplied from an inside of a second rotary shaft, to a one-way clutch through the second bearing, and therefore, a lubricating effect can be enhanced by efficiently supplying the oil to the second bearing and the clutch.

  • Patent number: 9528571
Abstract: If a sleeve of a double cone-type synchronizer is not smoothly engaged with a dog gear because of getting caught by the dog gear, the dog gear, as pressed by the sleeve, may lean with a spline-connecting part of the dog gear to a transmission gear as a fulcrum, so that an inner ring of a blocking ring may be damaged by being squeezed between the dog gear and a hub. However, the transmission gear includes: a tooth surface portion having tooth surfaces formed on one axial end side of the transmission gear; and a contact portion formed on the opposite axial end side, and abutting against the dog gear. The contact portion extends radially outward of a through-hole of the dog gear, thereby preventing the dog gear, as pressed by the sleeve, from leaning toward the transmission gear so as to prevent damage of the inner ring.

  • Patent number: 8905894
Abstract: To allow attachment of pinion shafts in their phased states only in simple steps which do not require a crimping step and a special device. A pinion shaft support structure for a planetary gear includes pinion gears, pinion shafts for pivotally supporting the pinion gears, and a carrier having a plurality of shaft support holes for rotatably supporting the pinion shafts, the pinion shafts being supported by the shaft support holes. The pinion shaft support structure includes stepped portions formed on end surfaces of the pinion shafts and a fall-out prevention washer which is mounted on the carrier to be capable of locking the stepped portions. An outer circumferential rim of the fall-out prevention washer mounted on the carrier faces the stepped portions of the respective pinion shafts inserted into the plurality of respective shaft support holes and is capable of locking the stepped portions, and the pinion shafts are thereby positioned (phased) in their rotational directions.
