  • Patent number: 11753961
Abstract: A startup control device for adjusting a startup schedule during startup of a power generation plant, the device includes: a determining unit which determines, on the basis of a predicted value of a physical quantity corresponding to the elapsed time from startup when the power generation plant has started up on the basis of a prescribed optimal startup schedule, and an observed value of the physical quantity acquired during the startup of the power generation plant, whether the observed value will exceed the predicted value. The device also includes a speed adjusting unit which, if the determining unit determines that the observed value will exceed the predicted value, issues an instruction to decelerate the speed of progress of elapsed time from the startup in the optimal startup schedule; and a startup timer which progresses the elapsed time from the startup at a speed based on the instruction.

  • Publication number: 20230126831
Abstract: A control parameter optimization device is provided with: a plant model configured to calculate a control command value by a control device and a process quantity of a plant; a control parameter updating unit configured to update a control parameter used for calculating the control command value in the plant model, on the basis of an objective function calculated based on a calculation result of the process quantity in the plant model; and a structural model configured to calculate a clearance between a stationary member and a rotating member in the rotating machine, on the basis of the process quantity from the plant model. The control parameter updating unit is configured to search for an optimal control parameter within a range where the clearance calculated by the structural model satisfies a constraint condition.

  • Publication number: 20220316363
Abstract: Provided is a startup control device for adjusting a startup schedule during startup of a power generation plant. This startup control device is provided with: a determining unit which, for a prescribed physical quantity that restricts the startup of the power generation plant, determines, on the basis of a predicted value of a physical quantity corresponding to the elapsed time from startup when the power generation plant has started up on the basis of a prescribed optimal startup schedule, and an observed value of the physical quantity acquired during the startup of the power generation plant, whether the observed value will exceed the predicted value; a speed adjusting unit which, if the determining unit determines that the observed value will exceed the predicted value, issues an instruction to decelerate the speed of progress of elapsed time from the startup in the optimal startup schedule; and a startup timer which progresses the elapsed time from the startup at a speed based on the instruction.

  • Publication number: 20190019096
Abstract: A model parameter value estimator includes a plant model which is a preset physical model simulating an operation of a target product, to which a model parameter value is input, and which computes a process value. A measurement value of the target product and a plurality of process values computed by the plant model are input to a model parameter value estimation section, which performs Bayesian updating on a probability density function accumulated in an accumulation section while regarding a function generated on the basis of accuracy evaluation of each of the plurality of process values with respect to the measurement value as a likelihood function. It is thereby possible to provide an estimator and an estimation method for model parameter value estimation capable of estimating a model parameter value even if a distribution profile and statistics for the probability density function are unknown or difficult to estimate.
