  • Patent number: 4308026
Abstract: An immunochemical process and the reagents for measuring hapten by using an agglutination inhibition reaction, anti-hapten antibody sensitized particles and a hapten-carrier conjugate which is capable of agglutinating said particles.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 23, 1979
Date of Patent: December 29, 1981
    Assignee: Mochida Seiyaku Kabushiki Kaisha

  • Patent number: 4248965
Abstract: Immunochemical measurement by either (1) the reaction of the measurement substance with the insolubilized substance and then the reaction of the reaction product of the first procedure with the labeled substance or (2) the reaction of the measurement substance with the labelled substance and then the reaction of the resulting reaction product with the insolubilized substance, or (3) the simultaneous reaction of the three substances.

  • Patent number: 4218335
Abstract: A stabilizer consisting principally of cytochrome c or a thermally modified matter of cytochrome c for maintaining constant over an extended period the sensitivity of measurement and specificity of a measuring reagent on the basis of the immunochemical agglutination reaction and the agglutination inhibition reaction.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 14, 1978
Date of Patent: August 19, 1980
    Assignee: Mochida Seiyaku Kabushiki Kaisha

  • Patent number: 4200436
Abstract: Immunochemical process of measuring antigenic substances such as human chorionic gonadotropin, growth hormone, insulin, immunoglobulins using a labeled antibody, which makes a monovalent bond to the antigen, and insolubilized antigen. The labeled monovalent antibody used is a monovalent antibody obtained by digesting the antibody to an antigen to be measured with papain according to Porter's method or by reducing a fragment obtained by digesting the antibody with pepsin according to Peterman's method.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 28, 1977
Date of Patent: April 29, 1980
    Assignee: Mochida Seiyaku Kabushiki Kaisha
Inventors: Ei Mochida, Nobuhisa Ogawa, Hiroyuki Shinkai, Masakatsu Hashimoto
  • Patent number: 4185084
Abstract: An immunochemical measuring method using a second antigenic substance and a labeled antibody to the second antigenic substance. An unknown amount of an antigen (Ag 1) to be measured and a given amount of a conjugate (Ag 1-Ag 2) coupled a second antigen (Ag 2) to the Ag 1 are reacted with a given amount of an antibody (Ab 1) to the Ag 1. Ag 1-Ag 2 bind to the Ab 1 in proportion to their respective amount, forming an Ab 1-Ag 1-Ag 2 complex. Then, by reaction of the complex with a labeled antibody (labeled Ab 2) to the Ag 2, Ab 1-Ag 1-Ag 2-labeled Ab 2 is formed. It is possible to estimate the amount of Ag 1 to be measured by determining the activity of labeled Ab 2 attached to the complex.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 3, 1977
Date of Patent: January 22, 1980
    Assignee: Mochida Seiyaku Kabushiki Kaisha
Inventors: Ei Mochida, Nobuhisa Ogawa, Hiroyuki Shinkai, Masakatsu Hashimoto
