The UFB-containing liquid manufacturing apparatus also includes a collecting unit configured to collect liquid ejected from the ejection opening. The driving unit drives the thermal energy generating element to cause film boiling in liquid led to the flow path and causes liquid containing ultrafine bubbles generated by the film boiling to be ejected from the ejection opening.
