  • Patent number: 9555667
Abstract: A puncture-free inner tube has a hollow pipe shape, which is to be inserted in an annular space of an outer tire, which is to be mounted detachably on a tire rim having an annular shape. The tube contains a thermoplastic elastomer molded by injection molding into a transversal cross sectional shape that is similar or substantially similar to and is slightly larger than a transversal cross section of the annular space of the outer tire. The tube has a thickness that is gradually increased from a ground part toward an anti-ground part on a side of the tire rim. The tube is formed in an annular shape, and the tube is to be inserted in the annular space of the outer tire in a compressed state with a tensile stress of the outer tire.

  • Publication number: 20100084064
Abstract: A puncture free tire tube to be fitted under compressive deformation into a tube housing space of an annular tire outer wall, which is detachably fitted to an annular rim, the puncture free tire tube contains a long member extrusion-molded with an elastomer as a raw material, and has a cross sectional area of from 1 to 1.3 times a cross sectional area of the tube housing space of the tire outer wall and a length corresponding to a circumferential length at a center of the cross section of the tire outer wall.

  • Publication number: 20090026834
Abstract: In the invention, a valve main body of a tire and an injection nozzle of an injection nozzle device are connected with a stopper pipe, a liquid resin is injected and filled in a tire inner tube, the stopper pipe is squashed, after filling up, at an intermediate exposed part thereof to prevent the filled resin in the tire inner tube from being leaked, and then the connection of the injection nozzle and the stopper pipe is released. Accordingly, the tire immediately after filling the liquid resin in the tire inner tube is detached from the injection nozzle in the state where the filled resin in a liquid state in the tire inner tube is prevented from being leaked, and the subsequent tire can be mounted, whereby there is no necessity of maintaining the state where the injection nozzle is connected to the tire until the liquid resin filled in the tire inner tube is gelled, and thus the operation of injecting and filling the liquid resin in the tire inner tube can be continuously carried out.

  • Patent number: 5225264
Abstract: A composite molded article comprising a layer 5 made of a synthetic resin on which is laminated a surface material 1 having a construction such that wood veneers 3 and 4 are laminated on the surfaces of a metal sheet 2. A method for molding a composite molded article comprises the steps of: arranging, in a metal mold 7 for molding, a surface material 1 which has a construction such that wood veneers 3 and 4 are laminated on each surface of a metal sheet 2; and molding a synthetic resin 5 on a backside of the surface material 1 to integrate the surface material 1 with the synthetic resin 5.

  • Patent number: 5187022
Abstract: To construct a magnetic recording medium to be used for an encoder adapted for detection of an angular or linear displacement of a mobile object such as a robot arm, a substrate is at least partly covered with a Sm-Co alloy thin layer bearing magnetic information with a magnetization pitch which is at least three times as large as the crystal diameter of the magnetic particles in the alloy. A resultant high coercive force obtained with that alloy allows detection with an enlarged detective distance, and the above-mentioned proper ratio of crystal diameter with respect to the magetization pitch allows detection with low percentage of output variation, thereby enabling easy assembly of the encoder and detection with high precision.

  • Patent number: 5134499
Abstract: A video recording apparatus used for a television system and the like writes video information on a track formed on a recording medium in a writing direction which directs from a predetermined start position to a predetermined end position of track by use of a head. Thereafter, the video information is read from a desirable designated positon of the track in the writing direction. The read video information is reproduced and then its corresponding pictures are displayed on a display unit of the television system. This video information is not outputted from the recording medium in a period while the head returns to the predetermined start position of the track after the video information at the predetermined end position of the track is read out. So, this video recording apparataus can provide a memory which stores the video information and then outputs the video information during such period. Thus, the video information can be continuously obtained.

  • Patent number: 4846942
Abstract: Formation of a Sm-Co alloy film is carried out by means of wet plating system which is easily practicable and well suited for treatment intricate and/or large configurations. The system uses a plating bath which contains chlorides of samarium and cobalt dissolved with non-aqueous solvent such as formamide. Substantial absence of any aqueous components in the plating bath assures production of a plated film of high purity and quality. Content of samarium in the product can feeely be adjusted by choice of the current density of direct current to be employed in the electrolytic plating.
