  • Patent number: 10436282
Abstract: A damper device includes: a pressing plate; a rotation plate disposed to oppose the pressing plate; an elastic member elastically linking the pressing and rotation plates, and in which bending is generated when relative twist of the pressing and rotation plates is generated; and seats provided on both end surfaces of the elastic member The seat has a projected surface, the pressing plate has a recessed surface corresponding to the projected surface, the seats and the pressing plate come into surface-contact with each other in a case where the relative twist is not generated, one seat and the pressing plate come into surface-contact with each other, and a void is formed between the other seat and the pressing plate, in a case where the relative twist is generated, and the void increases as an angle of the relative twist increases.

  • Patent number: 7445553
Abstract: A damper disc assembly includes a drive plate rotatably connected to a driving power source, a driven plate connected to a driven side and being rotatable relative to the drive plate, a damping mechanism adjusted to absorb an impact caused between the drive plate and the driven plate in response to the relative rotation between the drive plate and the driven plate. The damping mechanism positioned at the driven plate. The damping mechanism includes a coil spring, and a torsion damper disposed in the coil spring. The torsion damper includes at least one guiding portion having a predetermined clearance relative to an inner side of the coil spring and a cushion portion integral with the at least one guiding portion inside the guiding portion.

  • Patent number: 5423405
Abstract: A clutch release bearing device includes a first member for being connected to a clutch release fork, a second member slidably disposed on the first member for retaining a clutch spring, a sleeve member which is mounted on the first member, and a detent member which engages the first member and the second member. The first member includes a bearing mechanism and a groove portion while the sleeve member includes a restrict portion. The detent member engages the groove portion and contacts the restrict portion to maintain the first and second members in engagement with one another.

  • Patent number: 5148904
Abstract: A clutch cover assembly comprises an annular clutch cover, a pressure plate connected to the clutch cover, a diaphragm spring elastically disposed between the pressure plate and the clutch cover and supported circumferentially and radially to the clutch cover by a supporting member inserted into a hole formed therein and supported axially to the clutch cover through an annular member located between the inner wall of the clutch cover and the one end of the supporting member. The diaphragm spring is used for biasing the external portion of the pressure plate in the opposite direction to the clutch cover. A spring member includes an outer periphery which is located at an inward of the annular member and which is attached to the clutch cover and, an inner periphery which is located at a further inward of the outer periphery and which is attached to the diaphragm spring.
