Abstract: A duplexer device of this invention includes two surface acoustic wave filters having different band center frequencies and a phase matching circuit for matching phases of the two surface acoustic wave filters. The phase matching circuit is composed of one or more. line patterns, and at least one of the line patterns is formed as divided among a plurality of internal layers of a multi-layer package, and at least the line patterns formed on the internal layers adjacent to each other have pattern shapes different from each other. According to the invention, a duplexer device having a small size and stable filter characteristics can be provided.

Abstract: In cleaning operation using dry ice pellets, a bridging phenomenon of the dry ice pellets occurs. Also, static electricity is generated, so a good cleaning effect cannot be obtained. This invention is directed to solve these problems. In order to solve these problems, a cleaning apparatus has a blast nozzle, a device for pneumatically feeding a carrier gas to the blast nozzle, and a device for supplying dry ice pellets to the blast nozzle, and blasts a cleaning object (W) with the dry ice pellets, together with the carrier gas, from the blast nozzle, thereby cleaning a surface of the cleaning object (W). This cleaning apparatus includes an air supplying device for supplying destaticizing air to a cleaning portion of the cleaning object (W) to be cleaned by the blast nozzle, and a charging device for charging the destaticizing air with a polarity opposite to the polarity of the charged dry ice pellets.

In the shower head, there are formed a plurality of water supply holes over a surface of the shower head. A plurality of projection members each having water communication holes are formed in the surface of the shower head. The water communication holes of the projection members are in communication with the water supply holes of the shower head. Under the condition that the projection members are held in contact with the scalp, water is supplied from the water communication holes of the projection members. Accordingly, the detergent components residual in the scalp or hair may be washed up without fail.
