  • Publication number: 20190232643
Abstract: A printing apparatus includes an image formation device and a control device. The image formation device ejects an ink for image formation to a fabric to form an image on the fabric. The control device generates, based on a first image data of an original image to be formed on the fabric, a second image data of a mark-applied image which is the original image additionally including a mark at a target position of a decorative member to be attached to the fabric. Then, the control device controls the image formation device based on the second image data so as to form the mark-applied image on the fabric.

  • Patent number: 9919139
Abstract: With the present invention the sheet shaped therapeutic substance can be accurately and easily affixed to the inside of the human body. As shown in FIG. 6A, the sheet shaped substance can be mounted on the head with wrinkles being formed. When this takes place, the sheet shaped substance is held in contact with the outer periphery of the head. Then, by making the pressure of the fluid inside the vent apertures positive, the sheet shaped substance can be blown off. The surface of the head is closely parallel to an inner surface of the esophagus wall for the sheet shaped substance to be affixed. Therefore, this particularly makes it possible to perform such applying step (FIG. 6B) in a more reliable fashion.

  • Publication number: 20100055530
Abstract: Each of collectors 22 of an electrode structure 20, which partially constitutes a polymer electrolyte fuel cell, is formed from a metal lath MR having a large number of through-holes. A stopping portion 22a in which the through-holes are reduced in diameter is formed at a peripheral end portion of the collector 22. The peripheral end portion of the collector 22 is folded; subsequently, the folded peripheral end portion is pressed, thereby forming the stopping portion 22a. A resin seal portion 23 for sealing introduced fuel gas and oxidizer gas is formed integrally with the stopping portions 22a by insert molding which is performed such that an injected molten resin encloses the stopping portions 22a. The resin seal portion 23 formed integrally with the stopping portions 22a can reliably prevent inflow of the molten resin toward central portions of the collectors 22.

  • Patent number: 6157478
Abstract: In a multibeam scanning optical apparatus of a type where two parallel lines are simultaneously scanned by two laser beams irradiated from two semiconductor lasers, stable images are formed on the scanned surface by the two laser beams and the cost is reduced. The two laser beams irradiated from the two semiconductor lasers are directed substantially in the same direction through a beam splitter and then shaped by a condenser lens into two luminous fluxes whose optical axes are substantially parallel to each other. In another arrangement, the semiconductor lasers are directly secured to a surface of the beam splitter by use of an ultraviolet setting resin.

  • Patent number: 6118570
Abstract: A laser beam scanning optical apparatus has a focusing lens having different optical powers in the main scanning direction and the sub-scanning direction, moving means for moving the focusing lens on an optical direction, detecting means for detecting a state of convergence of the laser beam on a scanned surface, and control means for adjusting the convergence position of the laser beam by moving the focusing lens via driving said moving means based on the detection result of the detection means. In the aforementioned construction, the state of the convergence of the laser beam on a scanned surface is adjusted in the main scanning direction and the sub-scan direction by moving the focusing lens in an optical axis. The focusing lens is moved to a position of optimum convergence based on the construction of the optical system by detecting the state of convergence in the main scan direction and the sub-scan direction via a detecting means.

  • Patent number: 6097421
Abstract: In a scanning optical system in which image-surface curvature in the traverse direction is corrected properly without degrading imaging performance in the scanning direction and in which the transverse magnification is approximately uniform irrespective of the deflection angle, the influence of form errors in the imaging lens upon the image is substantially suppressed so as not to degrade the quality of the image. The scanning optical system is provided with a aspherical lens having a refractive power only in the traverse direction and having a TSL shape whose curvature radius increases as the distance in the scanning direction from the center of the lens (the position in which the curvature radius in the traverse direction is smallest) increases. The aspherical lens is disposed in such a way that the line of symmetry that passes through its center is parallel to and at a distance from the optical axis of a first lens unit on the upstream side of a scanning path in the scanning direction.
