  • Patent number: 9755431
Abstract: A power management system has power supplying means, measuring means that measures power generation environment for the power supplying means, and communication means that transmits information measured by the measuring means. The power management system comprises: a control unit that controls the measuring means and the communication means. The power supplying means is used as a power source for the measuring means and the communication means. The control unit sets a first power threshold to be used for determining whether or not to switch operation states of the measuring means and a second power threshold to be used for determining whether or not to switch operation states of the communication means on the basis of a power supply that is supplied from the power supplying means.

  • Patent number: 9009005
Abstract: The lighting control apparatus has a memory unit, an operation input unit and a control unit. The memory unit stores an outer frame and addresses of luminaires and operating devices. The operation input unit inputs to designate a position where a small area is provided in a predetermined area on a layout drawing. The control unit provides, based on the outer frame and the addresses, a layout drawing that illustrates positions where luminaires and operating devices are arranged in the predetermined range within the outer frame. The control unit determines the luminaire and the operating device arranged in the small area. The control unit gives an operation right of the luminaire arranged in the small area to the operating device arranged in the same small area.

  • Patent number: 8797895
Abstract: Provided is a radio relay station which relays data transmitted and received by a radio base station a radio terminal in a radio communication system which employs the TDD scheme. The radio relay station receives data from the radio base station during a downlink subframe period and transmits data to the radio base station during an uplink subframe period. The radio relay station sets a remote side transmission period for transmitting data to the radio terminal in the uplink subframe period and sets a remote side reception period for receiving data from the radio terminal in the downlink subframe period.

  • Publication number: 20110211521
Abstract: Provided is a repeater for relaying communication by achieving synchronization with a base station and a mobile station without using GPS. The repeater includes a donor unit communicating with the base station and a remote unit communicating with the mobile station. Upon receipt of a signal from the base station, the donor unit specifies a preamble of the received signal to achieve synchronization with the base station. This determines start of each frame in the communication between the base station and the repeater. After the synchronization achievement, the remote unit starts performing procedures for achieving synchronization with the mobile station. Upon notification of the start timing of each frame from the donor unit, the remote unit determines the notified timing as start timing of each frame in the communication between the repeater and the mobile station, and transmits a preamble referred to by the mobile station when it achieves synchronization.
