Second and third multiplexing devices, from which cables are less likely to be removed, are connected through the optical communication cable. The second multiplexing device separates data directed to the input and output device, among frame data received from the third multiplexing device, multiplexes only data directed to the first multiplexing device from the second multiplexing device, and transfers the multiplexed data to the first multiplexing device by the electric communication cable.
