  • Patent number: 11474002
Abstract: A pedal actuator (41) of an automatic vehicle driving device (1) is supported by a pedal actuator support (51) by mounting a pedal actuator support bracket (61) to the pedal actuator support (51) and fixing the pedal actuator support bracket (61) with a lock pin (67). In the automatic vehicle driving device (1), when mounting the pedal actuator support bracket (61) to the pedal actuator support (51), by connection between a support-side connector (53) and a bracket-side connector (63), electrical connection between the pedal actuator support (51) and the pedal actuator support bracket (61) is also completed.

  • Patent number: 11467064
Abstract: An L-shaped bracket (151) is fixed to a top end portion of a rack shaft (141) of a selecting actuator (133) of a transmission actuator unit (131) through a rotatable joint (152). An actuator housing (161) of a shifting actuator (134) is supported on a mounting surface (151a) of the L-shaped bracket (151) so as to be attachable to and detachable from the mounting surface (151a) through a lock mechanism (154) (a lock pin (155) and a lock hole (162a)). The shifting actuator (134) can be mounted with the shifting actuator (134) being reversed 180 degrees.

  • Patent number: 11453116
Abstract: A transmission actuator unit (131) configured by combination of a selecting actuator (133) and a shifting actuator (134) is mounted on an upper surface of a connection box unit (101). A connection box frame (102) is slidably supported along guide rails (20) between a pair of main beams (15a) of a slanting frame (11). By sliding the connection box unit (101), it is possible to adjust a height position of the transmission actuator unit (131) to a height position of a shift lever.

  • Patent number: 11453350
Abstract: An automatic vehicle driving device (1) including a transmission actuator unit (131) and pedal actuators (41) is supported as a whole by a frame (11) and legs (12). The frame (11) extends obliquely downward from a seat back abutting part (22) located at an upper end of the frame (11) toward a vehicle front side. The frame (11) is provided with the pair of legs (12) at a top end of the frame (11). The legs (12) extend downward along a front end of a seat cushion (3) and abut against the vehicle body floor (6). By tightening a belt (25) between the frame (11) and a seat support (27), the frame (11) is pulled obliquely downward and is firmly fixed. Since a flexible seat cushion (3) does not bear a load of the device (1), vibrations of the device (1) during a running test do not easily occur.

  • Patent number: 11448569
Abstract: A transmission actuator unit (131) is fixed on a actuator support plate (105) of a connection box unit (101) through a pair of lock mechanisms (143). A pair of grommets (121), with which lock pins (144) are engaged, are provided at both of a front side and a rear side of the actuator support plate (105). Then, the transmission actuator unit (131) can be selectively mounted on the actuator support plate (105) in either of two attitudes that are reversed 180 degrees according to vehicle types. Since a base plate of the transmission actuator unit (131) is mounted on the actuator support plate (105) settled in a horizontal attitude, rigidity of support of the transmission actuator unit (131) and the actuator support plate (105) is high.

  • Patent number: 11440404
Abstract: A pedal actuator support bracket (61C) is provided at a front end portion of a frame (11) supported at a driver's seat of a vehicle. An actuator housing (78) is provided so that a base end side of the actuator housing (78) is supported by the pedal actuator support bracket (61C) so as to be able to pivot upward and downward relative to the pedal actuator support bracket (61C). A rack shaft (80) protrudes from a top end side of the actuator housing (78) and moves forward and backward along a longitudinal direction of the actuator housing (78). A pivotal plate (87) is connected to a top end of the rack shaft (80) so as to be able to pivot upward and downward and placed on a pressing surface of a clutch pedal (47) so as to overlap this pressing surface and fixed to the clutch pedal (47).

  • Patent number: 10876911
Abstract: A dynamometer device (1) is equipped at a tip end part of a dynamometer (3) with a cover (5) that covers the periphery of a torque meter (14). The cover (5) is formed on its side surface with an opening section (41) that is equipped with a door (42), and a rotation shaft is locked by inserting a locking plate (52) through this opening section (41). The locking plate (52) is slidably guided by a guide rail section. A part of an outer peripheral surface of the rotation shaft is provided with a surface to be locked that is along the tangential direction, and the rotation shaft is locked by engaging the locking surface (64) of the locking plate (52).

  • Patent number: 10852204
Abstract: A heat insulation plate (25) is interposed between a coupling (21) and an adapter flange (22) in a main shaft (6) of a dynamometer (3). A torque meter (24) is disposed between a coupling flange (23) that serves as a test-piece connection surface (56) and the adapter flange (22). To surround a periphery of these, a cover (7) is provided. An air conditioner utilizing a refrigeration cycle supplies a cold wind to an inside space of the cover (7). The heat insulation plate (25) suppresses heat transmission from an electric motor of the dynamometer (3) to the torque meter (24). Therefore, the torque meter (24) is effectively cooled by the cold wind.
