  • Patent number: 9073389
Abstract: A pneumatic tire for agricultural equipment or forestry equipment includes a circumferential tread, a pair of sidewalls, and a pair of bead portions. A steel reinforced radial carcass ply extends circumferentially about the tire. The carcass ply includes an axially inner portion and axially outer turn-up portions. First and second steel reinforced belts are disposed between the carcass ply and the circumferential tread. Axial ends of the belts are separated by belt wedges. The tire includes a pair of sidewall inserts. Each sidewall insert extends continuously from an upper end extending between the first belt and the carcass ply, through a sidewall region of the tire, to a lower end extending between the inner portion of the carcass ply and one of the turn-up portions of the carcass ply. A tie gum layer binds an inner liner to the carcass ply.

  • Publication number: 20130276946
Abstract: A non directional pneumatic tire is provided for an agricultural irrigation system. The tire includes first and second side walls and a radially outer wall defining an internal inflation chamber. A non directional tread pattern is defined on the tire and includes a plurality of longitudinal protrusions positioned substantially parallel to a rotational axis of the tire. The longitudinal protrusions are arranged in first and second rows extending from the first and second side walls toward and across the equatorial plane of the tire. The longitudinal protrusions of the first and second rows circumferentially alternate with each other and there is a circumferential spacing between adjacent longitudinal protrusions at the equatorial plane so that no portion of one longitudinal protrusion circumferentially coincides with or overlaps another.

  • Publication number: 20120226374
Abstract: Natural vibrations of a workpiece to be obtained before and after machining of the workpiece are first input (Step S1). A region of the natural vibrations of the workpiece between before and after the machining is set on a Campbell diagram (Step S2). Vibration components of a machining tool to be generated during the machining are input (Step S3). The vibration components of the machining tool to be generated during the machining are set on the Campbell diagram (Step S4). Referring to the Campbell diagram, the number of revolutions of the machining tool out of a range where the vibration components of the machining tool resonate with the natural vibrations of the workpiece within the region of the natural vibrations between before and after the machining is determined (Step S5). Machining of the workpiece is then performed based on the number of revolutions of the machining tool (Step S6).

  • Patent number: 7892443
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a member with concave portions includes preparing a base material, forming a mask formation film on the base material, forming a number of openings in the mask formation film by laser irradiation treatments using a branching filter, and etching the base material to form the concave portions in the base material. The branching filter branches laser light into first laser beams and second laser beams. Each of irradiation regions of the mask formation film sequentially is subjected to the laser irradiation treatment, so that first openings are formed by the first laser beams and second openings are formed by the second laser beams. Each of the irradiation regions has portions where no opening is formed by the first beams of the laser irradiation treatment for the irradiation region while openings will be formed by the second laser beams in one or more of the subsequent laser irradiation treatments.

  • Patent number: 7526316
Abstract: In a mobile phone remotely operating an information device, a communication unit receives information displayed on the information device. A display device displays a part of the information. A plurality of operation buttons respectively inputs an operation signal. A display control unit divides a screen of the display device into a plurality of cells, discriminately displays each of the plurality of cells on the screen, and displays a cursor on the screen. The cursor overlaps the part of the information on the screen. An operation control unit moves the cursor on one of the cells on the screen in response to the operation signal.
