  • Patent number: 10293851
Abstract: An electric motor can be accurately drive-controlled even when a failure occurs in a motor electric angle detection unit. When at least one of a resolver and an angle computation unit is diagnosed as abnormal in an initial diagnosis after a system restart, a motor electric angle initial value is estimated on a basis of a response output of a three-phase electric motor in response to input of a motor drive signal to the three-phase electric motor, a motor electric angle estimation value is calculated on a basis of an output shaft rotation angle detection value detected by an output-side rotation angle sensor and a relative offset amount estimated on a basis of the estimated motor electric angle initial value, and the three-phase electric motor is drive-controlled on a basis of the calculated motor electric angle estimation value.

  • Publication number: 20170369094
Abstract: There are provided a motor control device, an electric power steering device, and a vehicle that allow an electric motor to be accurately drive-controlled even when a failure occurs in a motor electric angle detection unit that detects a motor electric angle. When at least one of a resolver and an angle computation unit is diagnosed as being abnormal in an initial diagnosis after a system restart, a motor electric angle initial value is estimated on a basis of a response output of a three-phase electric motor in response to input of a motor drive signal to the three-phase electric motor, a motor electric angle estimation vale is calculated on a basis of an output shaft rotation angle detection value detected by an output-side rotation angle sensor and a relative offset amount estimated on a basis of the estimated motor electric angle initial value, and the three-phase electric motor is drive-controlled on a basis of the calculated motor electric angle estimation value.

  • Patent number: 4476670
Abstract: A conveying tool comprises a funnel-shaped hopper and a tubular conveying part connected to the bottom of and hanging downward from the hopper, the conveying part comprising one unit section or a plurality of unit sections detachably connected end-to-end, each unit section comprising a pair of opposed and spaced-apart, rectangular main sheets and a pair of opposed rectangular side sheets with vertical edges secured to respective vertical edges of the main sheets thereby to form a tubular structure. The main sheets possess elasticity and flexibility and have, on the inner surfaces thereof, a large number of elastic projecting members, and the side sheets possess flexibility and are more pliable than the main sheets. Picked fruit dropped into the hopper are braked in their descent by the elastic projecting members and the inner wall surface of the conveying part and are thereby slowly lowered without damage to a container on the ground or on a vehicle.

  • Patent number: 4325401
Abstract: An aseptic valve for regulating supply and discharge of a semi-processed food product in an aseptic storage tank. The valve is provided with a valve body on which is mounted a bonnet housing a bushing. These three elements define three chambers in which a sterilizing liquid is retained. The three chambers bathe parts of the three principal parts of the valve with the sterilizing fluid and maintain paths of entry of microorganisms blocked by the sterilizing liquid so that the valve and the system to which it is connected are maintained sterile.

  • Patent number: 4325296
Abstract: A method and apparatus for supplying and maintaining an aseptic gas atmosphere in a storage tank for spoilable contents such as foodstuffs and the like. The aseptic gas is supplied from a container under pressure and is maintained at the desired pressure in the storage tank by pressure-reducing valves in a supply line or conduit having a microbiological filter and pressure-maintaining valve that functions in place of a relief valve in the supply line. It responds to excess pressure in the storage tank and relieves the excess pressure through the same supply line through which gas is supplied without need of a relief valve on the storage tank.

  • Patent number: 4287821
Abstract: A storage tank for storing of liquid food products partially processed before final processing. The tank is constructed with smooth germ-free internal surfaces to avoid recesses in which the stored food product or disinfecting fluids can be entrained and contaminate the tank and food product therein. A dispersion device in a conical top of the storage tank homogenizes the food product to be stored when introduced in the tank. The same dispersion device disperses treatment liquids introduced into the tank to effect dispersion onto all the inner surfaces for treatment thereof.

  • Patent number: 3997674
Abstract: A composition comprising a dispersion prepared by dispersing in an aqueous solution of a water-soluble high polymer, such as polysaccharides, a hydrophobic substance selected from the group consisting of hydrophobic solids and hydrophobic and non-volatile liquids, such as natural waxes, is applied as a coating to cover the outer surface of an agricultural product to form a coating membrane upon drying, which membrane has fine continuous microvoids by which the respiration of the agricultural product can be controllably suppressed thereby to effectively preserve the product over a long period.
