  • Patent number: 10986317
Abstract: A projection video display device includes a projection video display main body (main body) including a light source and a video display element and generating a video to be projected, a portrait converter that rotates the video generated by the main body around an optical axis by 90°, and a projection lens that magnifies and projects the video rotated by the portrait converter. The main body rotates directions of OSD (On Screen Display) images and in the video generated by the video display element to an opposite direction to or in the same direction as a rotation direction of the video by the portrait converter by 90°. Accordingly, the OSD image can be displayed in a direction in which it is easy for the user to see in portrait projection screens.

  • Publication number: 20200204767
Abstract: A projection video display device 10b includes a main body 1 including a light source 11 and a video display element 13 and generating a video to be projected, a portrait converter 3 that rotates the video generated by the main body 1 around an optical axis by 90°, and a projection lens 2 that magnifies and projects the video rotated by the portrait converter 3. The main body 1 rotates directions of OSD (On Screen Display) images 42c and 42d in the video generated by the video display element 13 to an opposite direction to or in the same direction as a rotation direction of the video by the portrait converter 3 by 90°. Accordingly, the OSD image can be displayed in a direction in which it is easy for the user to see in portrait projection screens 40c and 40d.

  • Publication number: 20120249489
Abstract: There is provided an electronic pen that reduces reflected waves of supersonic waves from a screen, with a simple structure and there is realized a projector system that improves the position detection precision of the electronic pen. The electronic pen comprises a longitudinal axis-shaped housing body having a pen tip at a tip end portion thereof, a supersonic wave transmitting portion provided inside the housing body relative to the pen tip for generating supersonic waves, an infrared ray transmitting portion arranged adjacent to the supersonic wave transmitting portion for generating an infrared ray, and a supersonic wave guide for reflecting components, toward a pen tip side, among the supersonic waves generated from the supersonic wave transmitting portion.

  • Patent number: 5414470
Abstract: A sync signal generator of a television receiver for use in a vehicle has a phase reset detector for gradually absorbing a phase fluctuation of an input sync signal which occurs due to a ghost phenomenon or a fading phenomenon and reducing a phase fluctuation. The sync signal generator provides a sync signal synchronized with an output signal of the phase reset signal detector. Thus, a stable sync signal without a sudden change in phase can be obtained although it is synchronized with the input sync signal.

  • Patent number: 5303396
Abstract: A diversity reception apparatus which has a plurality of antennas and in which one of the antennas having the best receiving condition is automatically selected and connected to a broadcasting signal receiver. The diversity reception apparatus has a feature in that after demodulated signals, obtained by the receiver respectively corresponding to the plurality of antennas, are converted into digital signals by an A/D converter, the best demodulated signal and the antenna corresponding thereto are selected by comparing the digital signals with each other, and that the width of a switch driving pulse from a switch driving pulse generator is made not more than 3 .mu.s.

  • Patent number: 5138451
Abstract: A sync generator which generates a reference horizontal synchronizing signal, a time difference detector which detects the time difference between the reference horizontal synchronizing signal and a horizontal synchronizing signal within a received television signal, and a variable delay circuit which responds to an output signal of the time difference detector to control the delay time and delay the received television signal are installed in a television receiver. When a plurality of horizontal synchronizing signals exist in one horizontal scanning period of the received television signal, the time difference between the horizontal synchronizing signal with the maximum amplitude and the reference horizontal synchronizing signal is detected, and the delay time of the received television signal is controlled in the variable delay circuit according to this time difference.

  • Patent number: 4882725
Abstract: A multiplex transmission method using especially a vestigial-sideband amplitude-modulated carrier modulated by a video signal. The method includes modulating a carrier having a quadrature phase with respect to an amplitude-modulated carrier by a multiplex-transmitted signal such as a digital-coded signal with a lower level as compared with the amplitude-modulated carrier, suppressing signal components of a signal obtained by modulating the carrier by a multiplex-transmitted signal, which is located near the carrier frequency, combining the result with the amplitude-modulated carrier, and thereafter transmitting the combined signal.
