  • Patent number: 11915951
Abstract: A plasma processing apparatus includes a stage disposed in a processing chamber for mounting a wafer, a plasma generation chamber disposed above the processing chamber for plasma generation using process gas, a plate member having multiple introduction holes, made of a dielectric material, disposed above the stage and between the processing chamber and the plasma generation chamber, and a lamp disposed around the plate member for heating the wafer. The plasma processing apparatus further includes an external IR light source, an emission fiber arranged in the stage, that outputs IR light from the external IR light source toward a wafer bottom, and a light collection fiber for collecting IR light from the wafer. Data obtained using only IR light from the lamp is subtracted from data obtained also using IR light from the external IR light source during heating of the wafer. Thus, a wafer temperature is determined.

  • Patent number: 7476275
Abstract: An efficient coating machine capable of hardening coating on works in a short hardening time with a small-sized hardening oven at reduced costs. The coating machine has a painting booth, a hardening oven and a work transfer device. The work transfer device has a rotary shaft provided at a center of the coating machine, and a plurality of hangers, each holding one piece of work and being turnable about the rotary shaft. The painting booth and the hardening oven are arranged around the rotary shaft into an arc-shaped configuration, respectively. The hardening oven has an arc-shaped work passage adapted to move the works. One piece of work is coated in the painting booth and continuously transferred to the work passage of the hardening oven while being held with each of the hangers and turned about the rotary shaft. In the work passage, the work is blown with hot air fed from a hot air generating device for hardening the coating on the work.

  • Patent number: 5753063
Abstract: In a method of decorating a rubber extruded product, a decoration film made of a thermoplastic resin is laminated by use of thermal fusion onto a decorating part of a vulcanized rubber extruded product. The decoration film is extruded at a predetermined thickness and width independently of the vulcanized rubber extruded product. Thereafter, the decoration film is pressure-bonded and thermally fused to the decorating part of the vulcanized rubber extruded product by pressure rollers before curing.
