Abstract: A birds and animals repelling instrument according to an aspect of the present invention includes a member (at least one of a coating film member, a plastic compound member, a synthetic leather member, a seal member, a sheet member, and a film member) having at least either a first repelling member which repels birds and animals using a visual effect of a variation in hue depending on an incident angle of light which variation is caused by a multilayer film structure of the light interference pigment or a second repelling member which repels birds and animals using a visual effect of a variation in appearance of a rainbow spectrum caused by a microstructure surface of the light diffractive pigment.
