    Abstract: A channel indicator for a television set etc. which comprises a thin film tape, on which tape the numbers of channels are printed, and a tape-advancing means which is linked to a tuner so that the tape is advanced to indicate the number of the channel that is selected by the tuner. The indicator also comprises a fine adjusting means for adjusting the tape so that the numbers of channels are placed appropriately in an indication window.
