  • Publication number: 20140292309
Abstract: A current sensor includes semi-annular first and second magnetic cores, first and second sensors, and a differential output part. The first magnetic core is provided around a wire in which an electric current flows and includes a pair of first magnetic core parts each having a quarter annular shape. The first sensor is provided in the gap between the first magnetic core parts and detects a magnetic flux. The second magnetic core is provided around the wire and includes a pair of second magnetic core parts each having a quarter annular shape. The first and second magnetic cores form an annular magnetic core. The second sensor is provided in the gap between the second magnetic core parts and detects a magnetic flux. The differential output part outputs the differential output of the outputs of the first and second sensors.

  • Publication number: 20140195070
Abstract: A vehicle information recording apparatus for a vehicle includes a collision determination section and an information management section. The collision determination section determines the presence or absence of a collision between the vehicle and an object based on (i) detection values of impact sensors which detect impacts applied to the vehicle and (ii) detection values by proximity sensors which detect an approach of the object to the vehicle. The information management section records collision data concerning the collision based on a determination result by the collision determination section. This enables a detection of a collision with an object as a recording target while reducing influence of vibration or noise.

Abstract: A position detection device includes an electromagnetic conversion element and a magnetic field generator. The electromagnetic conversion element is arranged on a given plane. The magnetic field generator is arranged facing one side of the electromagnetic conversion element in a direction vertical to the given plane and generates a magnetic field covering the electromagnetic conversion element. A relative position between the electromagnetic conversion element and the magnetic field generator is detected when a relative displacement parallel to the given plane is made by the electromagnetic conversion element and the magnetic field generator based on an output signal of the electromagnetic conversion element.
