    Abstract: An evacuation route guidance system, which can respectively acquire one or more images shot by one or more cameras placed near roads of a target area, and a hazard map which includes locations of one or more dangerous places and locations of one or more safe areas in the target aera, including: a movement analysis part for analyzing movement of one or more moving bodies passing through a road in the target area based on one or more images shot by the one or more cameras at a time of occurrence of a disaster; a route creation part for creating a route adapted to movement of a moving body passing through the road, which route enables the moving body to move to a safe area by avoiding the one or more dangerous places; and a route output part for outputting the route to a predetermined display apparatus.
