  • Publication number: 20220006385
Abstract: A load driving device includes a flyback converter, the flyback converter including: a transformer including a primary coil to be connected to a power supply and a secondary coil to be connected to a load; and a switching element provided on a ground side of the primary coil, which controls a voltage to be applied to the primary coil. The load driving device is configured to generate a comparison voltage (Vc) which is lower than a voltage (Vds) between the primary coil and the switching element, and to change a drive signal (Vgs) for the switching element to switch the switching element from an OFF state to an ON state when (time tc) the comparison voltage (Vc) is reduced to a predetermined voltage (ground potential).

  • Patent number: 10660230
Abstract: An electronic control device includes a relay including a relay case and an electromagnet and a contact part. The relay case is structured to contain the electromagnet and the contact part. The contact part is structured to be opened and closed by action of the electromagnet. A connector terminal is electrically connected to the relay. A circuit board is structured to mount the relay and the connector terminal thereon. An exterior shell is structured to contain the circuit board such that the connector terminal is exposed outside the exterior shell. A thermal mass element is disposed in a wiring route between the relay and the connector terminal.

  • Patent number: 10088531
Abstract: A control unit of an inverter for driving a three-phase motor receives a voltage of a connection point from a circuit, in which the connection point interconnecting one end of each of three first resistors is connected to the ground through a second resistor, and the other end of each of the three first resistors is connected to each phase. The control unit diagnoses whether the inverter has incurred a failure based on the voltage of the connection point, the voltage being detected when a first switch provided on a positive bus is turned off, a second switch provided in parallel with the first switch and in series with a third resistor is turned on, a third switch provided in series with a fourth resistor between the power source and the connection point is turned on, and the switching elements are turned on or off according to a predetermined pattern.

  • Patent number: 7378152
Abstract: A novel electroconductive zinc oxide powder which comprises zinc oxide and, being present as a solid solution formed with the zinc oxide, 0.01 to 10 mass % relative to the zinc oxide of at least one element selected from the group consisting of IIIB Group elements, IVB Group elements and Fe, has an average primary particle diameter of 0.03 ?m or less as calculated from its specific surface area, a bulk density of 0.20 g/ml or less and a volume resistivity of 1010 ?·cm or less; and a method useful for producing the electroconductive zinc oxide powder. The zinc oxide powder exhibits distinguished dispersibility when incorporated into a rubber, a resin or the like as an electroconductivity imparting agent, and thus can provide a material having a reduced electric resistance.
