  • Publication number: 20080139725
Abstract: The present invention is a heat radiating silicone composition containing (A) a perfluoroalkyl group-containing silicone oil expressed by the following formula (1), (B) a silicone oil, and (C) a heat radiating filler: where R1 is a C1 to C12 saturated hydrocarbon group, R2 is a hydrogen or a C1 to C12 saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group, R3 is an aryl group, Rf is a C1 to C12 perfluoroalkyl group, R4 is a group selected from among R1, R2, R3, Rf and OH, l and m are values of 1 or more on the average, and l+m+n is a number of 2 or more.

  • Patent number: 7343752
Abstract: When a temperature of cooling water detected by a water temperature sensor is, for instance, higher than, or equal to degrees, and is smaller than degrees, an abnormal state judging unit judges that an engine is under semiwarming-up condition, and then forcibly drives an electric motor fan so as to forcibly cool cooling water contained in a radiator. After the abnormal state judging unit has forcibly driven the electric motor fan, this abnormal state judging unit calculates a difference between the cooling water temperature detected by the water temperature sensor and a predicted cooling water temperature. When the calculated temperature difference is smaller than a predetermined abnormal state judging value, the abnormal state judging unit judges that a thermostat provided in a cooling water circulating path is brought into an abnormal valve opening state.

  • Patent number: 5158988
Abstract: Disclosed is a curable silicone composition comprising: (A) an organopolysiloxane having a silicon-bonded unsaturated aliphatic radical; (B) an organopolysiloxane having a silicon-bonded mercaptoalkyl radical; and (C) a photoreaction-initiating amount of photoreaction initiator. The photoreaction initiator includes arylcarbonyl phosphine oxide compounds, having a radical selected from the group consisting of substituted and unsubstituted aryl radicals, and another two radicals selected from the group consisting of substituted and unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon radicals. The above silicone, composition is efficiently cured by visible light radiation and usable for photo-curable adhesives.
