  • Patent number: 7925359
Abstract: An air compressor 1 is provided with a clocking mechanism and an RFID reader/writer 2, detects a time-in and a time-out etc. of a worker, and writes time data into an RFID tag 4 of a time card 3 held by a worker using the RFID reader/writer 2. The air compressor 1 is made to function as a time recorder in order to collect data necessary for management from the time card 3 of the worker. Also, a type of tool etc. used during works is written to the RFID tag 4 of the time card 3 using the RFID reader/writer. In this way, the air compressor 1 is made to function as a data collection terminal to collect data necessary for work management from the time card 3 of the worker.

  • Publication number: 20110067895
Abstract: A sensor part detects an actual driving signal in the driving time by a pneumatic tool. A control part, based on the detected actual driving signal, makes an addition to the actual driving number which has already stored in a memory part to updates the actual driving number, and compares the updated accumulative actual driving number with the previously set basic maintenance number. As a result of the comparison, in case the accumulative actual driving number exceeds the basic maintenance number, it is determined that maintenance is necessary for the pneumatic tool. A light emitting part emits the light and blinks by an instruction from the control part, thereby to warn a user that the pneumatic tool is into the maintenance time. Hereby, the user can grasp the maintenance time of the tool surely and exactly.

  • Patent number: 5805194
Abstract: A thermal printer is provided which comprises a keyboard (1) by which characters to be printed in each printing space of a sheet and colors of the characters are input, a memory (9) for storing information about the characters and colors input by the keyboard (1), and a CPU (8) by which the characters stored in the memory (9) are classified by color in accordance with predetermined chromatic priority and are read out and then are transferred to a printer unit (3). The printer unit (3) includes a printing control unit (14) for causing the printer to print the read-out characters whenever the characters are read out by color difference.
