  • Publication number: 20220297152
Abstract: An atomization device of the disclosure includes a main body and a tank assembly. The tank assembly includes a liquid supply tank, a support rod, a liquid supply core, and an elastic member. The liquid supply core penetrates an inward side of the support rod. The elastic member is positioned on a bottom surface of the liquid supply tank and has the liquid supply core disposed on the inward side of the support rod while being adjacent to the liquid suction end with a predetermined gap therebetween. The elastic member is constituted of a fixing part and a movable part which come into close contact with each other. The movable part is provided so as to be able to move forward and rearward with respect to the support rod via the elastic member.

  • Patent number: 7788682
Abstract: A disk device of the present invention includes a first cam mechanism, a disk transfer mechanism, a second cam mechanism, a slider positioning mechanism and a positioning release mechanism. The slider positioning mechanism prevents movement of a slider in a reverse direction by engaging the slider when the slider is at a forward limit position. The positioning release mechanism operates the slider positioning mechanism so as to release an engagement of the slider positioning mechanism with the slider in conjunction with a return of an optical pickup.

  • Publication number: 20100205620
Abstract: A disc tray is ejectably accommodated in a main chassis, and mounts a disc thereon. A motor rotates in a first direction and a second direction opposite to the first direction. A traverse chassis has a turn table for clamping the disc, and is moved between a first position and a second position. The traverse chassis is moved toward the first position by a rotation of the motor in the first direction and toward the second position by a rotation of the motor in the second direction. A detector detects that the traverse chassis is disposed in a first position. A controller allows the motor to rotate. In a case that the detector does not detect that the traverse chassis is disposed in the first position during the controller allows the motor to rotate in the first direction for a first time period, the controller allows the motor to rotate in the second direction for a second time period, and to rotate in the first direction again after an elapse of the second time period.

  • Patent number: 7757244
Abstract: When a shift lever is fitted under a front part of a traverse mechanism, dampers have previously been fitted in a total of two, front-left and front-right, parts, called mount parts, of a mechanism chassis. A flat gear rotatably engages with a cylindrical sleeve protruding downward from the front-right mount part of the mechanism chassis. A feed gear in a rear part of transmission means rotatably engages with a boss protruding downward behind the sleeve, and is prevented from dropping off with a screw put from below. Now, the flat gear is, in a rear part thereof, supported by the feed gear, and is thereby prevented from dropping off.

  • Patent number: 7757246
Abstract: When a motor rotates and a traverse mechanism integrated with a turntable pivots, a clamper holder moves downward together with the turntable whereby an end part of a first flange of the clamp holder abuts the bottom surface of a flange provided at an outer peripheral edge part at the upper end side of the clamper. The first flange is so arranged at the side opposite to the pivoting axis of the traverse mechanism as viewed from the center of the clamper. Further downward movement of the turntable separates the clamper from the turntable in such a manner as to leave the clamper in the clamper holder.

  • Patent number: 7650611
Abstract: In a disc apparatus, a tray gear has a boss protruding from one predetermined place in an inner circumference edge part thereof. During assembly of a tray into the apparatus cabinet, when the boss is located within a predetermined range of rotation of the tray gear, the boss meshes with a groove-forming rib provided on the tray and is thereby centered so that the tray gear and the rack mesh with each other always at the same teeth thereof.

  • Patent number: 7610590
Abstract: There are provided a disc tray, a traverse unit, and a main chassis unit. The main chassis unit has a main chassis, which has, as observed when the traverse unit is in a stand-by position, a latch portion that engages with a projection portion of a sub rack and a stopper member that restricts the movement of the cam slider. The stopper member has a rotary shaft in the shape of a circular column, a lever portion which the projection portion makes contact, and a lock portion that makes contact with the cam slider and thereby restricts the sliding movement of the cam slider.

  • Patent number: 7451465
Abstract: An optical pickup device is provided that permits, with an inexpensive construction, adjustment of the parallelism of a pair of guide rods for guiding an optical head relative to a recording surface of an optical disc. The guide rods 2 receive, from twist coil springs 5 fitted to a chassis, an elastic restoring force and are thereby loaded with a force that tends to move the guide rods 2 away from the recording surface of the optical disc. At a position close to each of at least three of a total of four ends 2a of the guide rods 2, an adjustment screw 5 is fitted to the chassis by being screw-engaged into a nut 6 so as to, when rotated, move close to and away from the recording surface of the optical disc. The position in which the guide rods 2 remain loaded with the force is determined as a result of the outer circumference of the guide rods 2 at the at least three ends 2a thereof making contact with a flat inner end face 5aa on the head portion 5a of each of the adjustment screws 5.

  • Patent number: 6913220
Abstract: A braking device for an magnetic tape apparatus includes a switching unit for selectively transmitting the rotation of a capstan motor to a take-up reel table or to a supply reel table, a clutch for changing the switching unit to a slide rotation mode or to a direct-coupled rotation mode, a brake, a loading motor for driving the brake, and an end sensor. Based on a tape end detection signal produced during an operation in a fast forward mode, the capstan motor is rotated in reverse to permit the switching unit to select a second path, while the switching unit is maintained in the direct-coupled mode. Thereafter, the capstan motor is halted, and the loading motor is rotated to use the brake to halt the take-up reel table.
