  • Patent number: 8115108
Abstract: The insulation base side of single-sided FPC is turned to the die side, and the mounting surface side of ground circuit is turned to the upper side, and the FPC is placed on die (a). When the portion of ground circuit where the conduction is realized and metal reinforcing plate are punched by punch of which the clearance dimension is made to be 50 to 95% of the thickness of the material to be punched, hole sagging will be formed (b). The insulation base 1 side is turned up, electrically conductive adhesive and metal reinforcing plate are laminated in this order, heating pressing is performed with the press apparatus for metal reinforcing plate to be laminated (c). Thereby, laminated FPC is formed (d). At this time, since electrically conductive adhesive is injected into hole sagging by press pressing, the electrical connection of metal reinforcing plate and ground circuit can be attained by the interlaminar conduction by means of electrically conductive adhesive, and there is also no residual air.

  • Patent number: 5428661
Abstract: A terminating, or an incoming, call control method, in which a subscriber group constituted by a plurality of subscriber telephone sets respectively accommodated in, or connected to, a plurality of lower switching units and sharing a terminating call is set. A host switching unit parallelly accommodating the lower switching units is caused to monitor that a fault has occurred in at least one of the lower switching units. When a terminating call is made for one of the subscriber telephone sets accommodated in one lower switching unit, of the lower switching units, in which the fault has occurred, the host switching unit is caused to assign the terminating call to one fault-free lower switching unit which accommodates a given subscriber telephone set belonging to the same subscriber group as that of a call incoming destination subscriber telephone set in the subscriber telephone sets.

  • Patent number: 5367568
Abstract: In a switchboard terminal apparatus, a plurality of loop circuits are simultaneously handled by a switchboard operator. The number of loop circuits in the apparatus exceeds the capacities of screen displays and keys/lamps. A normal loop circuit controller controls loop circuits up to the capacities as normal loop circuits. A virtual loop circuit controller controls loop circuits exceeding the capacities as virtual loop circuits. A first switching circuit for switching control of the loop circuit, which processes a given call, from the normal loop circuit controller to the virtual loop circuit controller in accordance with a call release request operation of the given call by the switchboard operator. A second switching circuit switches a call being controlled by the virtual loop circuit controller to a call under the normal loop circuit controller when a reentering operation of the switchboard operator occurs by regarding the call as a virtual incoming call to the normal loop circuit.

  • Patent number: 5046087
Abstract: An attendant console includes a memory section, an automatic operation data management section, a signal generation section, and an input/output signal processing section. The memory section stores automatic operation data representing whether call handling sequences are automatically operated. The automatic operation data management section sets the automatic operation data in the memory section in accordance with a keyboard operation performed by a console operator. The signal generation section generates a signal representing an event equivalent to a keyboard operation performed by the console operator in accordance with the automatic operation data read out from the memory section. The input/output signal processing section transmits a signal from the signal generation section and the keyboard to a telephone exchange, and receives a signal from the exchange.
