  • Patent number: 12221457
Abstract: A method for producing a boron-containing compound comprises a step of reacting a first raw material compound having a carbon-carbon double bond with a second raw material compound having a conjugated diene skeleton in the presence of a metal catalyst to obtain a boron-containing compound having a 1,4-diene skeleton, wherein at least one of the first raw material compound and the second raw material compound has a boron-containing group bonded to a carbon atom constituting the carbon-carbon double bond or the conjugated diene skeleton, and the boron-containing compound has the 1,4-diene skeleton and the boron-containing group.

  • Publication number: 20090130474
Abstract: Regarding the scavenger for aldehyde(s) used at the time of manufacturing a woody panel using woody materials and formaldehyde-based binders, the scavenger for aldehyde(s) without lowering of trapping properly even when a surface of said woody panel is sanded and having an excellent trapping property of trapping formaldehyde is provided. Further, the method of manufacturing a woody panel using a scavenger for aldehyde(s) and a woody panel are provided. At least one kind of compound for trapping aldehyde(s) being solid at a room temperature is included and said compound for trapping aldehyde(s) is defined to be a powdery scavenger for aldehyde(s) having a property of generating acidic gas, in particular, sulfurous acid gas by heating and said compound for trapping aldehyde(s) is added to a binder or woody materials followed by a hot press, thereby manufacturing a woody panel.

  • Patent number: 4317630
Abstract: A copying machine comprises an imaging mechanism and a recording mechanism. An imaging sub-scan carriage of the imaging mechanism is scanned in the sub-scanning direction between an imaging start position and an intermediate position to image a master. The recording mechanism includes a recording medium such as a recording drum and a recording sub-scan carriage. The recording medium rotates in the main scanning direction while the recording sub-scan carriage scans in the sub-scanning direction perpendicular to the main scanning direction. When the imaging sub-scan carriage is scanning for one line, the recording sub-scan carriage is also scanning for one line, during which the recording medium performs one main scan so that a latent image of one line of the master can be formed on the recording medium.
