  • Publication number: 20230249423
Abstract: A method for modifying optical properties of a synthetic resin increases a transmittance by modifying, removing, or reducing factors which absorb wavelengths in an ultraviolet range, such that it is possible to maintain stable and excellent reliability even after a long-term use. In a method for modifying optical properties of a synthetic resin, a modification treatment which is an energy irradiation treatment is performed on a cured product made of a synthetic resin to increase a transmittance in an ultraviolet range. For example, the modification treatment which is at least one of a photo-oxidation treatment and a thermal oxidation treatment is performed on the cured product made of the synthetic resin to increase the transmittance.

  • Publication number: 20230251477
Abstract: An ultraviolet LED optical member has high transmittance in an ultraviolet range, is stable even by long-term use and has excellent reliability. The ultraviolet LED optical member exhibits optical characteristics in which the average transmittance at wavelengths from 200 to 300 nm is 50% or more by having an optical member made of an organic resin. The optical member for this ultraviolet LED optical member preferably exhibits optical characteristics in which the transmittance of at least any wavelength from 200 to 250 nm is at least 60%.

  • Publication number: 20220113451
Abstract: The present invention provides: a highly transparent optical member which is formed from a silicone resin or a silicone rubber, and which has less mass change and excellent heat resistance without causing contact faults, or deterioration or contamination of the surface of other members due to adhesion to an electronic circuit or the surfaces of other members; and a production method for producing said optical member. According to the production method, the content of low-molecular-weight siloxanes D3-D20 in a optical member is reduced to an infinitesimal amount with use of a plurality of different low-molecular-weight siloxane removal steps.

  • Patent number: 9880923
Abstract: A model checking device for a distributed-environment-model according to the present invention, includes: a distributed-environment-model search unit that adopts a first state as start point when obtaining information indicating a distributed-environment-model, searches the state attained by the distributed-environment-model by executing straight line movements for moving from the first state to a second state which is an end position, and determines whether the searched state satisfies a predetermined property; a searched state management unit that stores the searched state in the past; a searched-transition-history management unit that stores an order of the transitions of the straight line movements in the past; a searched state transition association information management unit that stores the transition when moving to another state in the past search in such a manner that the transition is associated with each of the searched states.

  • Publication number: 20160299834
Abstract: To provide a technique that restores and saves execution states faster during software model checking. Described are: a state saving means for saving objects that represent an execution state of software under checking as information representing the execution state by extracting the objects in a memory in a predetermined order of arrangement and copying the objects to a save region; and a state restoring means for restoring the execution state by copying the objects included in the information representing the execution state stored in the save region to a restore region in the memory in the order in which the objects are stored.
