  • Patent number: 10426999
Abstract: The present invention is an inclined apparatus for undertaking exercises for hamstring eccentric and concentric loading and in particular, but not limited to, exercises such as a Nordic Hamstring Exercise, a Russian Hamstring Exercise, and Russian curls. The inclined apparatus can be utilized for sports training and preparation, injury recovery and rehabilitation, and injury prevention. A main body of the inclined apparatus is so inclined as to ensure that a user does not hyperextend their knee and cause additional injury.
