Patent number: 12328383Abstract: The present disclosure provides a distributed computer system, which includes a plurality of computing devices. Each computing device includes a memory, a portion of a Blockchain, a transceiver, and a processor. The memory stores a plurality of data transaction requests. Each data transaction request corresponds to a block in the Blockchain and includes a cryptographic hash of a previous block, a timestamp, and transaction data. The transceiver receives a data transaction request from a subset of the plurality of computing devices. The processor determines whether the received data transaction request corresponds to at least one block in the portion of the Blockchain. The processor updates an internal record of the Blockchain, based on determining that the data transaction request corresponds to at least one block in the portion of the Blockchain. The processor then verifies the updated internal record of the Blockchain with a computing device in the subset.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 2024Date of Patent: June 10, 2025Assignees: The Quantum Group, Inc.Inventors: Noel J. Guillama, Chester A. Heath

Patent number: 12249428Abstract: The present disclosure provides for the automatic measurement of measurable incidental routine parameters (MIRP). MIRP can include every movement of the body and a user's routine. This data can be incorporated into an accurate and comprehensive evaluation of a user's routine. The present disclosure functions by identifying normalcy for an individual in the consistency of habitual movement and behavior. This normalcy can become an indicator of wellness. Therefore, the present disclosure provides systems or methods which can objectively analyze a user's behavior to provide holistic predictors and analysis of a user's health.Type: GrantFiled: May 7, 2024Date of Patent: March 11, 2025Assignee: The Quantum Group, Inc.Inventors: Noel J. Patent number: 12175852Abstract: A remote distress monitor includes a steerable microphone array, a memory, and a control system. The steerable microphone array is configured to detect audio data and generate sound data. The memory stores machine-readable instructions. The control system includes one or more processors configured to execute the machine-readable instructions. The generated sound data from the steerable microphone array is analyzed. Based at least in part on the analysis, a token associated with the audio data detected by the steerable microphone array is generated. The audio data is representative of one or more sounds associated with a distress event. The generated token is transmitted, via a communications network, to an electronic device to cause a distress response action to occur. The distress response action is associated with the distress event.Type: GrantFiled: December 4, 2023Date of Patent: December 24, 2024Assignee: The Quantum Group, Inc.Inventors: Chester A. Heath, Noel J. Guillama
