Abstract: A spray head comprising a tubular body with an inlet and an outlet. A collar is located at the inlet. A cap fits over the outlet and has an end with a number of spray forming nozzles positioned in front of the outlet. The body has a protrusion having a button located on its free end. The protrusion is resiliently movable in a radial direction relative to the tubular body. The cap has a partial helical slot into which the button is receivable. The engagement of the button and slot converts rotational movement of the cap into longitudinal movement thereof, which adjusts the position of the nozzles relative to the outlet. The cap is releasable from the tubular body by radial depression of the button and disengagement thereof from the slot.

Abstract: An improved microporous, modular filter structure assembled from replaceable filter cartridges (25) housed within a filter cartridge assemby (10) connected at opposed ends by means of symmetrical headers (41). The headers include a tube within a tube structure whereby they are adapted to conduct first and second fluids independently to both adjacent, like interconnected headers and into and out of filter cartridges (25) to which each header (41) is connected at both ends of each cartridge. Manifolds (100, 101) include a similar tube within a tube structure which allows them to be connected to the ends of rows of interconnected headers (41) whereby a modular filter bank can be constructed of indefinite dimension and capacity.

Abstract: A glass pane has a broken pattern of dots of an opaque non-reflective material applied to one side thereof. The pattern is applied as a ceramic ink fused into the glass surface in a heat toughening step. The arrangement of dots is such that the pattern occupies 10% to 30% of the pane surface and comprises 30 to 50 dots per linear inch. A squash or like court formed from a number of such glass panes is such that players within the court are not distracted by spectators outside and can follow the path of a squash ball with ease, whereas spectators outside the court, by virtue of differential lighting as between court and spectator area, can watch the activity within the court without diminished vision.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a desk having a frame and a lid hinged to the frame. A box removably positioned within the frame is covered by the lid and provides storage and a transportage container for books and the like. A snap-on hinge formed from resilient material and suitable for securing the lid of the desk to the frame of the desk is also disclosed.
