  • Publication number: 20240108853
Abstract: Disclosed is an intravascular device for an aspiration procedure that provides desirable pushability, torque-ability, flexibility, and hoop strength characteristics. The intravascular device incorporates a stacked configuration of microfabricated cut patterns that improve the navigability of the intravascular device during vasculature procedures. The intravascular device may also include a channel configured to hold a radiopaque marker to aid in navigation and location of the intravascular device during a procedure.

  • Patent number: 11945013
Abstract: Systems and methods for rinsing beverage residue from a mechanical interface between threads of a bottle and threads of a bottle cap is described. The bottle cap may include a sealable coating to create a seal against a rim of the bottle. The bottle cap may also include passages to allow pressurized water to be injected into an upper inner region of the bottle cap. The pressurized water is prevented from entering the bottle due to the seal between the rim of the bottle and the sealable coating of the bottle cap. Therefore, the pressurized water is caused to escape through the mechanical thread interface toward a lower inner region of the bottle cap where the water escapes from the cap at atmospheric pressure.

  • Publication number: 20230237327
Abstract: Artificial-intelligence-based river information system. In an embodiment, a first training dataset is used to train a travel time prediction model to predict a travel time along the waterway for a given trip. In addition, a second training dataset is used to train a river level prediction model to predict a river level along the waterway for a given time. For each of a plurality of trips, a request is received that specifies the trip and a time of the trip, and, in response to the request, the travel time prediction model is used to predict a travel time for the trip, and the river level prediction model is used to predict a river level of the waterway at one or more points along the trip. Then, a voyage plan is generated based on one or both of the predicted travel time and the predicted river level.

  • Patent number: 10987642
Abstract: An element for use in stationary material mixing and distribution. The element has an element longitudinal axis and a web positioned along the element longitudinal axis. A ramp is connected to a first end of the web and oriented diagonally thereto. A diverter is positioned on a first side of the web and a diverter is positioned on a second side of the web. First and second ears are bent respectively in upward and downward directions relative to the longitudinal axis. A rectangular member whose plane of orientation is substantially perpendicular to the web is provided as well as a third ear in the plane of orientation of the rectangular member extending from the rectangular member to the web.

  • Patent number: 10865356
Abstract: A method of converting cellulosic feedstock to bio coal. The cellulosic feedstock in a carrier of process fluid is introduced within a conduit having substantially linear portions connected by curved portions creating a serpentine structure. The substantially linear portions are surrounded by tubular sleeves creating annular spaces between the tubular sleeves and substantially linear portions for carrying a high temperature fluid for transferring thermal energy to the cellulosic feedstock and process fluid. The cellulosic feedstock is maintained in an oxygen-free environment.
