Abstract: The present invention is a device, system and method for exercising. The elastic device possesses resilient qualities, such that resistance occurs when pressure is applied by feet, knees, arms or other limbs/body-parts. The elastic device, and/or a computerized communication device to which the exercising device is connected, may be structured to provide feedback when a certain amount of pressure is applied, thus marking the end point of a manipulation of the exercising device, the end point of a sub step(s) of a manipulation and/or the end point of a set of manipulations.
