Abstract: A system and method supporting an enhanced customer relationship management uses all system entities across all stages of a workflow to reduce or eliminate redundant data entry and allow creation of front-to-back workflows, e.g. lead-to-cash. Access to all levels of data allows customer service representatives to have access to previously inaccessible data, thus allowing better decision making at the point of contact. Use of an advanced query language used in report generation is re-used for setting the scope of workflow activities, so that complex criteria can be easily specified to have an activity run only when the specified criteria are met.
