  • Publication number: 20240131924
Abstract: A drive device has two electric drive machines for distributing the torque between two wheels of an axle of a motor vehicle and an inverter unit which is electrically connected to the drive machines for converting an electrical DC signal into a drive-machine-specific electrical AC signal. The two drive machines are arranged spaced apart from one another in the axial direction to form an intermediate space, and components of the inverter unit are arranged in a first area, located in the intermediate space and oriented in a first direction transversely with respect to the axial direction, of the drive device, and in a second area, adjoining the intermediate space and oriented parallel to the axial direction, of the drive device, to form a low-inductance, T-shaped inverter architecture.

  • Patent number: 10181659
Abstract: A method for mounting a cable shoe includes placing the cable shoe in a receiving element, and securely clamping it therein. The receiving element has insulation material, a central throughhole and a first part of a locking mechanism. A central metal insert is arranged into a fastening element made of insulation material. The fastening element is mounted tightly and fixedly on the structural component. The receiving element and the cable shoe are fastened to the fastening element. The fastening element has a second part of the locking mechanism, corresponding in location to the first part of the locking mechanism, such that when the first and second parts of the locating mechanism are engaged, the cable shoe and the receiving element are likewise tightly and fixedly mounted on the structural component. is indicated which is electrically conductively connected to an end of an electrical line, mounted to a structural component in a motor vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20170125938
Abstract: A protective element for manufacturing circuit boards is provided, where conductors are fastened to the contacts of the conductors. The protective element includes recesses which are configured for arranging a conductor each, and the protective element can be arranged adjacent a support. The recesses of the protective element are arranged in a first position in alignment with the recesses of the support and in a second position at an angle relative to the recesses of the support. Preferably, the protective element has at least one hinge section which is configured for interacting with a complimentary hinge section of a support which can be mounted against the protective element, where pivoting of the protective element against the support about the pivoting axis of the interacting hinge sections moves the protective element on the support from the first position into the second position.

  • Publication number: 20150128704
Abstract: An arrangement is provided for monitoring the rate of rotation of a structural component rotating about its axis and arranged in a motor vehicle in the immediate vicinity of the structural component. The speed sensor (11) is connected through an electrical line to an evaluating unit arranged in the motor vehicle, and the speed sensor (11) is connected together with a temperature sensor (12), which is also connected through an electrical line to an evaluating unit arranged in the motor vehicle, where the two sensors (11, 12) are arranged on a carrier of mechanically stable synthetic material which extends beyond the line.

  • Patent number: 5875767
Abstract: An ignition coil arrangement for internal combustion engines is embodied so that a housing of an individual ignition coil can be produced economically, and attachment of the ignition coil can be accomplished easily. The ignition coil is configured as a rod-type ignition coil, and the housing is of basically cylindrical shape, since a holding element for fastening the ignition coil is configured in the high-voltage output of the ignition coil itself. Assembly and retention of the ignition coil are accomplished by a direct threaded connection on the high-voltage terminal of a spark plug. For rotational immobilization, a primary terminal of the ignition coil is coupled to a fastenable mating plug as a joining member. The ignition coil arrangement is preferably used in motor vehicles.
