  • Publication number: 20230223814
Abstract: A stator arrangement of an electric machine having a substantially cylindrical stator carrier with a radially inner joining surface and with a radially outer joining surface. A lamination stack is arranged at the inner joining surface, and the stator carrier with the outer joining surface is received by an inner joining surface of a housing of the electric machine. A connection between the stator carrier and the housing is carried out with an interference fit, and one of the joining surfaces of the stator carrier and housing, which cooperate with one another, is formed interrupted in circumferential direction.

  • Publication number: 20220311305
Abstract: An electrical machine having a housing with a central receiving space in which a stator winding and an interconnection arrangement with a plurality of internal conductors is arranged. A high-voltage connection arrangement with a plurality of connecting points at which the internal conductors are connected in pairs to external conductors of a high-voltage source are provided. The high-voltage connection arrangement has a removable cover which closes an access region, and an electrical safety locking device (interlock) with a low-voltage circuit that detects an opening state of the access region of the high-voltage connection arrangement and the high-voltage connection arrangement is switched to zero potential when an open state of the access region is detected. The external conductors are inserted into the receiving space through the machine housing from the outside forming the high-voltage connection arrangement and arranging the electrical component within the receiving space.

  • Publication number: 20220149690
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an interconnection assembly for a stator of an electrical machine. The interconnection assembly comprises a shaped bus bar, which has a first region, which comprises a connection point of the interconnection assembly for an external connection, a second region, in which a connecting point for forming a connection of the bus bar to a stator winding is formed, and a central region, which connects the first region and the second region. The first region and the second region are arranged in parallel planes. The central region is oriented in such a way that an angle of a transition between the first region and the central region and an angle of a transition between the second region and the central region deviate from a right angle. The disclosure also relates to a stator having an interconnection assembly.

  • Patent number: 6782985
Abstract: Each clutch disk has a hub area designed to be connected nonrotatably to a power takeoff element and a friction surface area designed to be clamped between opposing friction surfaces. Each clutch disk has a torsional vibration damper arrangement including two cover disk elements connected to the hub area for rotation in common, and a central disk element connected to the friction surface area for rotation in common. The central disk element is or can be brought into torque-transmitting connection with the cover disk elements via a damper element arrangement. The central disk element has a damper element interaction area and, radially outside the damper element interaction area, a friction surface carrier area, which is offset with respect to the damper element interaction area in the direction of an axis of rotation.

  • Patent number: 6513637
Abstract: In a clutch disk for a motor vehicle clutch, fixing members which are produced in one piece with carrier plates of friction linings and are provided to engage behind edges of a recess in an adjacent component have a base that covers the recess, this providing the fixing members with a particularly high stability. The number of fixing members may therefore be kept particularly low.

  • Patent number: 6502683
Abstract: A driver disk for a clutch plate includes a facing carrier for holding friction facings. The facing carrier is designed in one piece with facing springs for axial suspension of the friction facings. The facing springs are constructed as pot-shaped protuberances and have a flat area provided for contacting the friction facings. Since the facing springs are made as one piece with the facing carrier, the driver disk has only a small number of structural component parts and can be produced very economically.
