  • Patent number: 11296586
Abstract: A galvanometer drive particularly useful for a deflection unit includes a rotor that is rotatable about a rotational axis, the rotor formed in at least one section by a permanent magnet. A stator surrounds the permanent magnet, the stator including a coil. The permanent magnet includes at least two magnetic layers and at least one electrically insulating intermediate layer arranged between the two magnetic layers. A method for manufacturing the rotor for the galvanometer is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20190341834
Abstract: The invention relates to a galvanometer drive comprising a rotor (3) which is rotatable about a rotational axis (2) and is formed, at least in one section, by a permanent magnet (4), and a stator (5) which surrounds the permanent magnet (4) and includes a coil. According to the invention, the permanent magnet (4) comprises at least two magnetic layers (10) and at least one electrically insulating intermediate layer (11) arranged between the two magnetic layers (10). Moreover, the invention relates to a manufacturing method for a rotor (3) of a galvanometer drive (1), which is designed as a permanent magnet (4). According to the invention, multiple magnetic layers (10) are connected to one another in an integrally joined manner to form a blank and/or the outer contour of the blank is subsequently reworked, in particular mechanically, in order to form the rotor.

  • Patent number: 9903743
Abstract: A position detector for determining the rotation angle of an element which is rotatable around an axis of rotation (A) comprises a light source (3), a detector element (18, 19, 20, 21) arranged around the axis of rotation (A) for detecting light radiation emitted by the light source (3), a beam reshaping element (7, 207) arranged between the light source (3) and the detector element (18, 19, 20, 21) such that light from the light source (3) is directed towards the detector element (18, 19, 20, 21), and a light-blocking element (5) positioned between the beam reshaping element (7, 207) and the detector element (18, 19, 20, 21) such that it can rotate around the axis of rotation (A) together with the rotatable element whereby, depending on the rotation angle, the incidence of light on different partial regions of the detector element (18, 19, 20, 21) is prevented.

  • Patent number: 9285214
Abstract: Position detector for determining the rotation angle position of a rotatably supported object, comprising a light source for producing a light beam, a diffraction grating, a mirror which is connected with the object in a co-rotating manner in such a way that the light beam is reflected therefrom onto the diffraction grating and passes over the diffraction grating during a rotation of the mirror, thereby producing diffraction light, an interference device which is configured such as to be able to bring different diffraction orders of the diffraction light to interference, thereby producing an interference pattern, a light detector by means of which a brightness course, caused by the passing over of the diffraction grating with the reflected light beam, of the interference pattern can be detected, and an evaluation unit by which the rotation angle position of the object can be determined based on the brightness course.

  • Patent number: 6921893
Abstract: A position detector for a scanning device includes a movable light blocker, at least two light detectors which are located behind the light blocker and which can be covered by the light blocker at different extents of coverage as the light blocker is being moved, so that the position of the light blocker can be determined, and at least one light source for emitting light onto the light detectors. A reflector is provided which is located in front of the light blocker. The light source is arranged such that the light emitted therefrom is emitted onto the reflector. Furthermore, the reflector is arranged such that the light impinging thereon is reflected onto the light detectors.
