Abstract: A method and a system including templates (1,5,7) for the making of non cylindrical bores in organic tissues or the like and with a surgical tool is provided, wherein each template (1,5,7) includes an annular member (2) having a substantially elliptical or “O” elongated shape, and an elongated member (3) to be inserted in the tissue and having a predetermined length which defines the depth of the bore in the tissue, the elongated member being integrally connected at an end thereof to the annular member (2) and at the opposite end being shaped with a concave end part (4).
