  • Publication number: 20060005159
Abstract: This invention prevents ballooning of comment information while being applied to an operation environment of the user, and provides comment information associated with an intuitively plain operation. To this end, upon launching of an application, a window including processing buttons and a message area is displayed. Immediately after display, bitmap data of that window is acquired (self-captured), and the acquired bitmap data is displayed in a reference image display area of the window after it is scaled down. Arrow lines which specify correspondence between comments in a message area and the buttons in the reference image display area are displayed.

  • Patent number: 5334920
Abstract: A recording apparatus which has reduced the speed variation and vibration of the motor uses a step motor as a driving source for a carrier for carrying a carriage mounted with a recorder or a recording medium. The apparatus includes a controller that, on accelerating the step motor, controls the step motor so that the step motor is driven with a shorter period than the mechanical time constant of the carrier when the rotary speed of the motor is less than a specified value, and so that the motor is driven with a longer period than the mechanical time constant when the rotary speed of the motor is more than the specified value.

  • Patent number: 5245359
Abstract: This invention discloses a recording apparatus for effecting recording by moving a carriage which supports a recording head, along a recording material. The apparatus is provided with a motor speed controller for a closed-loop control of the rotating speed of a carriage driving motor. The speed control output signal from the motor speed controller is set at a predetermined value when the carriage driving motor reaches a speed of the constant speed control from an acceleration state.
