  • Patent number: 10531682
Abstract: The present invention relates to frozen liquid egg whites in which are admixed 0.01-0.4 parts of egg yolks for every 100 parts of egg whites, wherein 0.1-2 parts inclusive of ?-cyclodextrin are added for every 100 parts of liquid egg whites, and the turbidity H1 (degrees) calculated by means of the belowmentioned formula (1) is 18 or more: H1=H2?H3 . . . (1). Here, H2 indicates the turbidity (degrees) of the frozen liquid egg whites measured immediately after being defrosted, and H3 indicates the egg-derived turbidity y (degrees) calculated by means of the belowmentioned approximation formula (2): y=?380.75x2+272.42x+17.257 . . . (2). Here, x indicates the admixed amount (parts) of egg yolks for every 100 parts of liquid egg whites.

  • Patent number: 5206898
Abstract: A transmission control unit for controlling transmission and reception of data between electronic devices via a telephone without any use of acoustic coupling is disclosed. The transmission control unit is equipped with a first terminal for detachably connecting a main body of the telephone, a second terminal for detachably connecting a handset removable from the main body of the telephone, and a third terminal for detachably connecting the electronic device. When the main body, the handset and the electronic device are, respectively, connected to the first, second and third terminals, the transmission control unit permits analog electronic data from the electronic device to be input to the main body of the telephone at the handset interface level, and permits analog electronic data from the main body to be sent to the electonic device.

  • Patent number: 5001746
Abstract: A transmission control unit disclosed is used when an electronic device which is usually directly connected to a telephone line is used via a public telephone or the like. In this case, the transmission control unit is connected to a MODEM included in the electronic device, and a microphone and a speaker of the transmission control unit are brought to confront the speaker and the microphone of the telephone. When the transmission to the electronic device on the other end of the line is conducted, tone dialing is conducted to make a call and data is then transmitted. The thus transmitted data is converted by a converter of the transmission control unit so as to be transmitted to the telephone line connected to the other end of the line, while data from the electronic device on the other end of the line is transmitted and converted so as to be supplied to the MODEM.
