  • Patent number: 9046611
Abstract: A self-powered gamma detector which can hold the influence of neutron rays to the minimum, and can measure the dose of gamma rays accurately under a high neutron environment in the reactor is disclosed. The self-powered gamma detector has a columnar emitter member; a collector member arranged in surroundings of the emitter member through an insulating member, and the strength of gamma rays is measured by detecting the value of a current which flows between the emitter member and an MI cable connected with the emitter member, and the collector member. Especially, the emitter member consists of pure tungsten (W), whose inevitable impurities is in 0.03 percent by weight or less.

  • Patent number: 7871379
Abstract: A display mode switching unit is provided to input a display mode switching signal for selecting a dynamic image display mode and a freeze image display mode. A display format setting unit is provided to set a first display format for displaying image data and time-series data by Left/Right. The display format setting unit sets a second display format for displaying the image data and time-series data by Up/Down or for displaying the time-series data. A display data generation unit generates display data including the first display format when the dynamic image display mode is selected. The display data generation unit generates display data including the second display format when the freeze image display mode is selected.

  • Publication number: 20070038086
Abstract: An input unit of an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus selects a display format of image data and time-series data in a dynamic image display mode and a freeze image display mode. And a display data generation unit compounds image data obtained by transmitting and receiving ultrasound to an object to be examined and time-series data acquired from the predetermined area of the object on the basis of the display format in the dynamic image display mode and displays them on a display unit in real time. The input unit inputs a display mode switching signal and the display data generation unit generates display data by compounding the image data and time-series data on the basis of the display format in the freeze image display mode according to the display mode switching signal and the display data is displayed on a display unit as freeze image. And a time-series data measurement unit measures diagnostic parameters by using the time-series data displayed on the display unit.
