  • Patent number: 12243758
Abstract: A monitoring system is for a sealing apparatus that seals a substrate treatment apparatus by a housing and fills a space sealed by the housing with a predetermined gas atmosphere. The monitoring system includes: a laser sensor for a region, which a person can enter in a space between the housing and the substrate treatment apparatus, as a detection region; and a controller that outputs a control signal to the substrate treatment apparatus or the sealing apparatus based on a detection result by the laser sensor or outputs a notification signal based on the detection result.

  • Patent number: 12125181
Abstract: An image generation device divides a distorted-image plane into pixel blocks in order to generate a distorted image in consideration of the distortion and chromatic aberration of an eyepiece. In the plane of a source image, the image generation device determines individual RGB sample positions included in the pixel blocks, sets a bounding rectangle containing the individual RGB sample positions, and determines, for example, computation target pixels corresponding to the bounding rectangle. The image generation device calculates the pixel values of, for example, the computation target pixels, interpolates and samples the calculated pixel values, and regards the results of interpolation and sampling as the pixel values of the distorted image.
