  • Publication number: 20250069008
Abstract: A recording medium stores a program for causing a computer to execute processing including: a first stage of arranging objects in processing entities of types of processing by forward arrangement in which arrangement is planned with a predetermined time point as a starting point according to a predetermined order for the objects; a second stage of arranging the objects by backward arrangement in which arrangement is planned in a direction opposite to a time axis with a predetermined time point as a starting point according to a processing completion order of each object of final processing in the arrangement obtained in the first stage; a third stage of aligning processing start times of each object from a front in each processing in the arrangement obtained in the second stage; and a fourth stage of moving forward the arrangement obtained in the third stage to a predetermined time point.

  • Publication number: 20240095428
Abstract: A computer-readable recording medium storing a specifying program for causing a computer to perform processing including: obtaining first information indicating an order of processing a plurality of objects; obtaining second information indicating a type being processable by each work device; obtaining a result of a simulation regarding processing of the work devices; counting a number N1 of objects having moved to another work device although processing is capable of being executed on an object to be distributed next, and counting a number N2 of objects being caused to wait since processing is executed on another object although processing is capable of being executed on the object to be distributed next, under conditions such that each object waits when the work device executes processing on another object; and specifying a work device to be increased or decreased, according to any of the number N1 or the number N2.

  • Patent number: 9204063
Abstract: A first optical system irradiates a target with a detecting wave and making the detecting wave that is transmitted through the target incident upon the electrooptical crystal. A second optical system slants a pulse plane of a probe wave relative to a pulse plane of the detecting wave and making the probe wave incident upon the electrooptical crystal. A camera detects the probe wave passing through the electrooptical crystal. The first or second optical system includes a compensating component which partitions a beam cross section of the detecting wave or the probe wave into unit areas. The optical component makes different an optical path length of a beam passing each unit area and compensates a phase shifting between the pulse plane of the detecting wave and the pulse plane of the probe wave at positions in a crossing direction of a surface of the electrooptical crystal and the virtual plane.

  • Publication number: 20110235046
Abstract: An imaging apparatus includes an optical source configured to emit an electromagnetic wave, a wave dividing unit configured to divide the wave from the optical source into a first and a second wave beam, a probe optical source configured to emit a probe beam, a probe-beam dividing unit configured to divide the probe beam into a first and a second probe beam, a first crystal on which the first crystal is irradiated through an object and the first probe beam is incident, a second crystal on which the second crystal is irradiated through an object and the second probe beam is incident, an interference unit configured to allow the first probe beam from the first crystal to interfere with the second probe beam from the second crystal, and an image pickup device configured to capture an interference figure between the first and the second probe beam.
