The partition member separates a valve chamber and a pressure regulating chamber from each other and has a communication hole for ensuring communication between the valve chamber and the pressure regulating chamber. A valve body has a body portion, which is located in the valve chamber, and a rod section, which extends from the body portion. The rod section extends to the pressure regulating chamber through the communication hole. A communication line is arranged between a peripheral wall of the communication hole and the rod section. The partition member has an annular groove in the peripheral wall of the communication hole. The groove extends along the full circumference of the communication hole.
