  • Patent number: 9577476
Abstract: Performing power transfer to a plurality of power receiving devices, a power transmission device allocates one of a plurality of channels to perform wireless power transfer to a power receiving device in response to a power transmission request transmitted from the power receiving device designating one or more of the plurality of the channels having different frequencies. In a case where a power transmission request using the first channel is received from a second power receiving device, the device stops power transfer to the first power receiving device using the first channel, starts power transfer to the first power receiving device using a channel other than the first channel and starts power transfer to the second power receiving device using the first channel.

  • Publication number: 20160226313
Abstract: A wireless power transfer system includes a mobile object including a power receiving element that receives a power transmitted through wireless power transfer, a power transmission element that transmits the power, a slidable shield that shields an electromagnetic wave radiated from the power transmission element, the shield comprising a first magnet, and an urging mechanism that urges the shield to slide in a direction that increases a shielding effect of the power transmission element. The mobile object further includes a second magnet at a predetermined distance from the power receiving element, the second magnet couples to the first magnet when the mobile object approaches the power transmission element to couple the mobile object and the shield together.

  • Publication number: 20160156195
Abstract: A power supply device connected to a trunk line in a switchboard after a power source breaker is opened in response to the detection of power outage, a personal computer identifies from among loads a load to which power can be supplied within the range of output capacity of the power source supply device and connects the load identified to the trunk line. A user may assign priorities to some or all of the loads. Although the personal computer identifies the loads to be connected in order of the priority, when a total power consumption of the identified loads exceeds the limit of output capacity of the power supply device, the personal computer skips the load to be identified in order of the priority and attempts to identify a load with a lower priority.

  • Publication number: 20160126756
Abstract: A battery system having a secondary battery and a battery-side control device, and a discharger configured to discharge the secondary battery to output direct-current power and convert power from an alternating-current power supply into direct current to charge the secondary battery; the charger/discharger having a charge/discharge-side control device that controls charge and discharge; and when the charge/discharge-side control device establishes communicable connection with the battery-side control device, and receives specific information for specifying a charge/discharge control program, which is a program for controlling the charge and discharge transmitted from the battery system, the charge/discharge-side control device establishes communicable connection with the external server device, acquires charge/discharge control program specified by the specific information, and performs control according to the charge/discharge control program.

  • Publication number: 20160111884
Abstract: A power supply control device that controls power supply from a power source device to a plurality of loads includes a circuit that parallely connects the plurality of loads to the power source device. The circuit is connected to a plurality of switches that switch between a connection and a shut off between the power source device and the plurality of loads. The power supply control device further includes a priority setting unit that assigns priorities to the plurality of loads, a power detection unit that detects a change in a total power consumption by the loads that are connected to the power source device, a load identifying unit that repeatedly performs a load identifying process, and a changeover control unit that controls a changeover of the switch corresponding to the load that is identified as the connection target and to connect the power source device to the identified load.

  • Publication number: 20150229134
Abstract: A non-contact power supply system compares transmission efficiency between a case of a first route mode of indirectly supplying power from a power supply apparatus to a power receiving apparatus through a relay apparatus and a case of a second route mode of directly supplying power without interposing the relay apparatus, and selects a route of higher transmission efficiency to supply the power. In one potential route mode, a power supply circuit of the power supply apparatus and a power receiving circuit of the relay apparatus are made to resonate, and a power transmission circuit of the relay apparatus and a power receiving circuit of the power receiving apparatus are made to resonate, but the power supply circuit of the power supply apparatus and the power receiving circuit of the power receiving apparatus are not allowed to resonate.
