Abstract: To provide a disk apparatus including a disk guide for guiding movement of a disk in a disk insertion direction; wherein the disk guide includes a platy guide member, a convex portion provided in vicinity of opposite ends of a platy guide member, and an engagement portion disposed on the same surface as the convex portion of the guide member. By engaging and fixing the engagement portion to a platy disk guide fixing member, which is disposed in a chassis of the disk apparatus, and bringing into contact with the convex portion on this platy disk guide fixing member, the disk guide is inclined in a direction far from the disk fixing member with an inclined angle increased from the center part of the guide member toward respective ends and the disk guide brings into contact with only an outer circumferential portion of the disk in inserting.

Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide an intraocular implant-type vision stimulating unit which is capable of outputting a bipolar pulse signal in a simple constitution, and is highly sensitive, compact, and low power consumptive. In the invention, an intraocular implant-type vision stimulating unit for artificially generating the vision or a portion of the vision includes: a photoelectric conversion circuit for converting incoming light into an electrical signal; a pulse conversion circuit for converting the electrical signal outputted from the photoelectric conversion circuit into an electric pulse signal of a frequency corresponding to a magnitude thereof, and for outputting the same; a waveform shaping circuit for converting the pulse signal outputted from the pulse conversion circuit into a bipolar pulse signal, and for outputting the same; a power supply circuit for supplying electric power to each of the circuits, wherein the bipolar pulse signal is imparted to a retinal region through an electrode.

A file name generation apparatus according to the present invention includes: an UMID generation unit (12) which generates a globally unique identifier; and a file name generation unit (14) which generates a file name which includes the globally unique identifier generated by the UMID generation unit (12).
